These guys were great. They were honest, punctual, and polite. They weren’t able to fix my unit due to the age of it but they tried and were honest about it rather than continuing to work on it and charging me. Will definitely use them in the future for my needs.

Mock's Refrigeration, AC & Heating (recent change in ownership) were fantastic! I needed to get a smart thermostat installed at my MILs home in Elba-no company closer would do it. I called Brandon Mock and he not only agree to do it, he did it quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Ive been dealing with shaw for 5 years now and they have always done a awesome job, they are affordable, polite, professional and so on. I WOULDN'T use anyone else because nobody can beat there service and quality. glad I found them...

Lisa and Steven (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) were lifesavers. I thought I had to wait a few days or more for my AC to be checked much less be fixed. Lisa got Steven out to check my AC faster than expected. On a rainy day not only did Steven check my AC but it was also a simple fix he handled right then and there. Thank Yall, now maybe my kids will stop complaining LOL.

Steven came out this morning to fix my ac unit and hands down BEST HVAC service Ive EVER had come out! They are worth EVERY single penny! He listened to the issues I’ve been having with my system and everything we’ve done so far to attempt to bring this old beast of a unit back to life and I will say without hesitation, if you need AC work done, you NEED to call these guys! He figured out the problem and fixed it within 2 hours!!! Ive been fighting for MONTHS to get my AC working properly again sweating to death in my house and he fixed it without having to replace the entire unit!!!! I do not give this praise lightly! EVERY HVAC service should be like these guys! If you need work CALL THEM you will NOT be disappointed! I’m literally telling every neighbor about them and will happily fill their schedule because they are honest, thorough and spectacular service!!!! I can never thank Steven enough for actually fixing this unit! You’re saved in my phone and I’m never calling anyone else again for HVAC service! If I move from the area I’ll even pay extra for mileage to get them out to me! That’s how impressed I am with their level of service!
