Very professional, and very fairly priced. I will never use anyone other than Herring. I had a busted pipe outside, caused by a tree root, and within 24hrs of finding the leak he had it repaired and me back “in service.”

I have used Herring Plumbing twice before this past week, and they have done a great job both times. My hot water heater started leaking this past week, and I called Herring Plumbing to come out and look at it. He confirmed that it needed to be replaced, and he gave me a quote. He then informed me that another company was running a special, and it would be cheaper for me to get it replaced through the other company. I appreciate that he shared this with me, and I will use Herring Plumbing again in the future.

Called them to get a price for hooking my stove up... Too expensive.

After completing an install of 2 clean outs Mr. Herring left the work area unclean, and debris left behind in the front yard. This lack of basic cleanup reflects reflects poorly on the service provider, regardless of the repair quality. My hope is that this feedback serves as constructive insight for improving future service visits.
