Justin did nice job explaining what he was doing

The Ingram Plumbing team came out to diagnose our water going cold after running for a few minutes. They listened to all of the information that I was able to give them and quickly came to a diagnosis after a few test. They even registered our tankless water heater with the manufacturer and submitted the part for warranty. They are friendly and honest, and they’ll be getting my recommendation from here on out.

There's absolutely nothing I dislike about these guys. I'm serious, y'all - if you have a plumbing need, do NOT look elsewhere - CALL INGRAM IMEDIATELY. I thank God I was referred to them, and have used them repeatedly since. Josh just went over my new home in Midtown, fixed everything on the inspector's report, and found a few items not listed. I can now move in and sleep soundly at night, not worried that I will wake up to a water or sewage disaster. Thank you once again - and drop by anytime - Seriously, mi casa, su casa.

Do you remember what customer service used to be like? Well that is what you get with Ingram Plumbing. Owning an older home there are constant surprises and we often find the need to upgrade. We have had about six or so service calls over the last two years with Ingram Plumbing and we have never been more satisfied with a service provider. Their level of service is unmatched, starting with Tracey who answers the phone to get your job scheduled, to the numerous representatives who have been to our house to do work, we have only experienced the utmost professionalism and work ethic.
Example - Recently our electric stove went out so we decided it was time to replace with gas. We scheduled the job and a few days prior the representative assigned to the job came to be sure he knew what all materials he would need, so when the job was scheduled he would be prepared. He quoted me a price and when the work was actually done it ended up being half the cost of the estimate (lets be honest, they could have charged me the estimated price because I would not have argued since that is what I expected to pay... who gets to pay half the estimate). The stove was delivered and "installed" by Lowes; and after the installation we could not stop smelling gas. We had Lowes come back out and they claimed to have fixed it, but the work the Lowes contractors did literally made the Ingram representative laugh. I finally decided it was worth the cost to have Ingram come back out and check behind Lowes, as a gas leak is nothing we wanted to hesitate to have reviewed by a professional. Ingram sent a representative and he corrected the problem the right way. If you are in need of an exceptional service provider I highly recommend Ingram Plumbing!

The plumber was so nice and listened intently to the service I needed. He repaired an outside hydrant and a leaky faucet in my laundry room. Job well done! Love Ingram Plumbing!

We had a situation today with a leak on a water line going into the house. We had to shut the water off to the whole house and needed a plumber ASAP. Ingram came highly recommended and they proved why. They were able to get us on the schedule same day and sent a young man named John out to help. John was very courteous, professional, and most importantly effective. He found the leak and quickly patched it . While testing the patch, he found another leak and quickly patched it as well. When we got the final price we were a little surprised at how affordable it was. We will definitely be using Ingram again.

Chris was very helpful, kind and polite. He has been to our house several times and always does a great job!
