Called on a Tuesday for repair and it was completed by mid afternoon. Diagnosis indicated need for a new HVAC unit.
A competitive quote was presented for a premium replacement unit. On Friday morning, Cody, Aaron, and Jacob arrived with the new unit. By noon they completed the installation. They were courteous and efficient at their profession. Cody was very thorough with his explanation of the new “smart thermostat”. We are very satisfied with our choice of Batey Brothers Htg and Cooling for this work.

The Larkinsville Church of Christ recently had our HVAC go out. Batey Brothers was quick to respond, they gave us both a repair and a replacement option. We opted to replace our 19 year old unit. Installation was both smooth and professional. The unit installed is noticeably quiet compared to the older unit. Extremely satisfied with Batey Brothers product and service.

We were without AC for almost two months (April & May) waiting on our home warranty company to replace our AC's evaporator coil. Tired of waiting, I called Jeremy at Batey Brothers, and he was out to assess the situation within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable, listened to all our needs, and didn't try to upsell us on something we didn't need. Less than 48 hours later, we were back up and running with AC just in time for June outdoor temps to soar above 100F.

The installation team (Cody, Doniel, and Jacob) was fantastic. They were very thorough in their removal of the existing system and installation of the new one, and very respectful of us and our property as they cleaned up as they went along completing the work. Their attention to detail and pride in their work was impressive - they did things outside the scope of what they were tasked with doing, just because it needed to be done (e.g., they thoroughly cleaned both outdoor condenser units, replaced an undersized pad for one of the condenser units that the home warranty company's contractor installed a year prior, and registered the same condenser unit for the 10-year manufacturer's warranty... the home warranty company didn’t even mention the warranty at time of install, but Jeremy made sure he and his team took care of that for us). The lead tech took the time to make sure we understood the new system and to answer any questions we had. Customer service like we experienced with Jeremy, Cody, Doniel, and Jacob is practically nonexistent these days. It was refreshing to see that some companies still do business the right way.

I would highly recommend Batey Brothers to anyone for their heating and cooling needs. They will be my first and only call from here on out.

Called me back within two minutes of leaving a voicemail. Communication was great - everything went the way they said it was. The technician who came out was knowledgeable and friendly, and fixed the problem quickly.

My old unit died. I called the gave suggestions and within days they were out and had a new unit installed. They made the process stress free! I first heard about them through their speech at KDCIA. I was thrilled with the way they took time with each student who had a question, even transition students. If you want fair family based work That is reliable choose Batey! I was equally impressed with Dakota, Doniel, and Aaron. It was freezing when they were at my house but they worked diligently. My daughter gave them hot chocolate and they were so kind to her! They didn’t complain about the status of my backyard (my dog is a hole digging, stick chewing menace) but they just worked hard. I am thrilled to have heat and a nice unit again!

Batey Brothers did an awesome job today completing a new install on our home. Very pleased with the results. Great team consisting of Arron, Dakota, Donial, Cody, and Jacob. All were very professional and knowledgeable!

Our HVAC unit started making a strange sound on the weekend right after Thanksgiving. I called early on the following Monday and they were super busy. They made it to my house within a few hours of my call. They showed me the problem and pointed out other potentially unsafe issues with the unit. After a discussion with them we decided that a new unit was a better option than thousands of dollars on a repair that would not last. They were at the house within 2 days to install the new unit. 100% recommend.

Dustin was FANTASTIC. In my opinion, club membership is inexpensive relative to the time our tech spent here loving on our old units and prepping them for the season. I am very grateful to have this company servicing my HVAC. It’s nice not to have to worry about all the things—I feel taken care of and the price was great. Thanks, Batey Bros.!!

I use Batey Brothers for all my home comfort needs weather it's service and repair or as of recently purchase and installation of a new unit at a reasonable cost. Cody and Jacob were awesome and efficient with the unit installation and they even put in a blow in insulation with ease for a cost, but it goes to show the efficiency of the company and workers. I'll definitely keep my business with them.

Batey brothers heating and cooling were professional to work with when we needed a new mini split for an over the garage bonus room. Jeremy recommended several options and took the time to answer all of our questions and assisted with a TVA rebate program. Very satisfied with the installed unit and the installation team. Working great even during the current heatwave. Batey brothers will earn my future business.

I cannot say enough great things about Batey Brothers Heating & Cooling! Excellent service! The staff and technicians are wonderful to work with and they had our a/c back up and running in now time. We had problems all last year with several different companies who came to service the unit and even tried to sell us a new unit when our existing unit is only 3 years old. Bratey Bros came right out, checking everything (including our duct work that was never checked by any other company) and had us fixed in no time! Replaced an old unit that was no longer working. Super easy to deal with. Travis took time to layout all my options for a new unit and answered all my questions. Pricing was exactly as quoted. No surprises. Cody and Jacob did a great job on the install. Very professional. All around great company.

5 Star service! Travis came out when he said he would and quoted a fair price for a mini-split system for my garage. His installers were very professional and easy to work with. Dakota and Doniel were first rate. Their follow-up is also excellent. Travis came right out to solve a communication issue with my new wi-fi remote. Highly recommend Batey Bothers Heating & Cooling!

My unit went out and Travis gave me a quote and explained everything and answered all my questions and in less than a week Daniel,Cody, Aaron came out and was very professional and did the install and answered questions and walked me through the new system. Service tech arrived shortly after initial call and within short time replaced the capacitor on my unit. This is the 2nd time in the past 3 years that this capacitor has had to be replace. The cost to replace this time was a 400% increase over the previous time. Might be normal but I thought a little excessive.
I received a call from owner this afternoon and we had a lengthy discussion about my service. I misunderstood some of what was presented to me at the time of service. I have also signed up to do their yearly maintenance program. Their tech did a good job and after speaking with the owners I'm more than happy with their work

Life savers!! I had been without AC for a week in this abysmal heat. Given the age of my unit, I was fearing the worst about needing to replace it entirely. Luckily I was recommended to call Batey Brothers and they had me fixed up within a couple hours. Not only did they fix the issue but they provided me with insights on maintenance and what I should plan for moving forward. My AC is running like a champ and we can live comfortably thanks to their work! Highly recommend!

The thought of replacing an old HVAC unit is never fun but Batey Brothers made it easy. They were quick with the evaluation and quote - giving me several options so I could decide on the best balance of price and performance. The actual conversion to a heat pump went very smoothly. No surprises. The team came in and worked both inside and outside and had the new unit installed, tested, running, and me trained on the settings, app and filter info by the end of the afternoon. It has been installed for a month now and working flawlessly (including this last heat wave). I would highly recommend Batey Brothers, just as my neighbors recommended them to me! I have attached a graph from a temperature sensor I have in a guest bedroom - it is easy to see the fluctuation I had before my July 17 installation and the lack of issues after! No need for that sensor any more!

They were all very professional- Jeremy was very helpful. Jacob, Cody, and Doniel were very careful not to hurt my house/ had to carry everything upstairs then into the attic. They even checked to make sure I had the dog with me in the backyard before leaving the front door open - very pleased with their professional work ethic!

I highly recommend Batey Brothers. After calling for a repair, they were very quick to respond and keep in touch. It was determined that I needed a new HVAC system. Travis explained the entire process and took the time to take my AC unit apart so I could see the poor condition. The crew arrived the very next morning to install my unit. Dakota, Aaron, Doniel and Cody were very professional, friendly and efficient. I expected it to be an entire day process, but they were done by 1 and I was able to move on with my day. I recommend this company. We had our air conditioner/heat pump go out a few days before family would be visiting us on a holiday. I called Batey Brothers, and Dustin, the service tech, came out to the house within just a a few hours. Unfortunately the unit was at the end of its service life, and we had to have a new one installed. Jeremy, one of the principals of the company was very knowledgeable and us with our options, and they worked it so we could get a new unit that they had in stock--installed the next day, before the family arrived. Jacob, Cody and Doniel came out and installed it in just a few hours. They were very professional, and now our system works really well. Batey Bros. offered financing for it as well, and that was an easy process.

Batey Brothers heating and air were here to fix our air conditioner within 2 hours of my call. Cody, Aaron, and Jacob did an excellent job. They were quick, efficient, and so polite and respectful. They worked for hours in the sweltering heat to install my new unit. Will definitely be using Batey Brothers for all our HVAC work in the future.
