Update: The guys came to replace my 20 year old unit. They showed up right on time, they estimated to be out between 1 and 2 and were done at exactly 1:00. Very fair pricing, exceptional customer service. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got.

I really appreciated the technician named Robert Ballinger that came out to the house today to help me and my Uncle Ricky with the air conditioner cooling problem. He was wonderful. He gave me excellent tips. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with us. I was so thankful to have such a kind spirit in my house and he was just wonderful. I pray that y’all have many more technicians as good as him as knowledgeable as him and as helpful as him to go all out to help a customer he really really deserves recognition. I pray y’all give him a raise or something to make sure he knows That he has customers out here that are truly truly grateful for him appreciate him!!! I don’t know SOUTHERN heating and cooling like that, but I’m asking publicly. Can I request him as my technician when I have problems out here now for that purpose that he came for today by chance if he’s able and willing, do y’all have that kind of thing going on or no? Because if so, that’s our guy for the long run!!!!!!!

Southern Heating & Cooling did a temporary repair until the new part came in. During the process, they communicated prior to arrival, during repair, and after repair was finished. Cleaned up after repair was done. Very professional.

Cameron was timely, on point and efficient but also took the time to answer any questions. We have been a customer for close to 20 years and the next generation is using their services as well.

Southern Heating and Cooling have been extremely helpful and efficient in helping me to have my new AC installed. The two men that came out for the install were very courteous and worked quickly to answer any questions I may have had. Chis, the salesman, couldn't have been any better or more patient. He was always ready to explain everything about the new system. I never felt pressured by him. I would highly recommend them for anyone's heating/cooling needs.

I've been using these guys for several years now and I had them come out today to check my unit.. Tres was the Technician and he did everything with a professional attitude and was very thorough in his work.. cleaning the coils in the air return unit as well as unclogging the drain line.. he's a an asset to this company and I couldn't have asked for a better technician.. others have been here and not one of them did what he did.. great work.. he was the best..

Great service, prices & communication. Robert communicated arrival time, identified the issue with our unit, explained what was wrong and repaired quickly. 4th of July week so wasn't expecting a quick turnaround but they got it done for us. Also enjoyed talking salt water fishing with him. Would give 6* if I could. Call Southern Heating & Cooling. Great folks!
