Great service. Great employees..

The only thing I can say is Outstanding!!!! I broke my main water shut off valve in the house and called everywhere for a plumber and Neff's Plumbing answered the call. They showed up on time as promised and we're professionals from start to finish. If you need a Plumber who goes over and beyond what you expect then Neff's Plumbing is who you want to call!!

Prompt response to call. Even showed up after regular business hours to evaluate plumbing problem. Showed up early next morning with supplies to fix drain and leak. Problem solved in one hour. Expensive, but you get what you pay for

Scheduled service and never came. Called and was told was busy and would come the next day. Never showed....be forewarned.

Called Saturday, made appointment for Monday. Wasted all day waiting; never saw or heard from.

Toilet was leaking. I paid almost $500 for a white toilet to be installed in my bathroom with beige walls, sink, tub and walk-in shower. He then attached my old, beige toilet seat that did not fit and a lid that is too big. The lid will not even stay open. BEWARE SINGLE WOMEN!!!!
