Had my first maintenance agreement tune-up from Climate Masters today. It was first rate. The technician, Daniel, was knowledgeable, informative, efficient and friendly. And while Daniel had excellent suggestions for improving the effectiveness of our builder grade HVAC system, nothing needed to be repaired or replaced!

I have used Climate Masters for over 20 years. I highly recommend them for all your heat and air service. My technician was Josh and he was excellent. He checked all the heating and air units and then patiently explained the items that needed to be replaced. I have complete confidence in his ability to find things that need attention. I highly recommend Climate Masters.

Michael got to my house within the time frame they gave me, the office called me when he was headed my way, so that was a plus. He was polite, answered all my questions and even gave me a couple tips to keep my unit in good shape. He cleaned the unit, checked that everything was working fine and cleaned the drain pipe. It was a good maintenance service. Would definitely recommend them.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this company, staff,& service! We have had to get yearly maintenance on our original unit and Stephen has always done a phenomenal job & provided great feedback so we get the best out of our unit.
Now, the time has come and we have had to get a whole new AC unit and the techs that came out today- Joe, William, & Henson were ALL phenomenal as well! Very thorough, went over everything , along with any questions I had and just overall a magnificent team!!
You will not be disappointed in using this company or these men providing service listed above. I completely 10/10 recommend this company & their amazing personnel for any AC issues you may have! I can’t rave about them enough- Appreciate their hard work!!

Cory and Jorden were great. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Cory pointed out some vent issues I have but did not high pressure me into doing something I was not able to yet. He did point out some financing options that were available and when we are ready I will be giving Climate Masters a call.

Daniel helped me to set up my maintenance plan, which if you do not already have, you need to go ahead and purchase. It's value is incredible and the service is wonderful. Josh came out and actually did my service. He was informative, professional, and very respectful of our home and space. He identified problems and offered solutions for our HVAC system, and took care of all he could on the spot. I couldn't recommend Climate Masters more. Josh is a fantastic technician and Daniel is as well!

We went with Climate Masters for a new heating/cooling system after speaking with several A/C companies. Randy thoroughly went over all of our options, answered our many questions, and helped us feel confident in the system with chose. Install day went smoothly; all of the gentlemen working on the install were professional and removed all the parts of the old system without leaving a mess. We are very pleased with how everything went!

*Update: Climate Masters came out today to make some adjustments to our system. They came out a few hours after we called, and Joe was amazing helping solve our problem. He took the time to explain everything as well. We are very pleased with Climate Master's service!

Cody and his partner came and tuned up our AC units this week and did a great job. I particularly appreciate how long Cody spent to explain what was going on with our aging AC units. Climate Masters offers great AC and heating maintenance and repair service. We would highly recommend them.

Our house's decrepit old AC broke down literally the first day we moved in to our new place in Baldwin County (during a heat wave). Climate Masters responded same day, got the old one up and running so we could at least sleep that night, then worked with us to replace the system the very next day. Owner and his teams are professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of the property. Since then they've come back out again to help us tune the ducts, again on very short notice, and free of charge. While it stinks that we had to go through that issue with our new place, I am incredibly glad that we went with Climate Masters to fix it. 100% satisfied and recommend to all.

I’ve been with Climate Masters since 2019. They are responsive when I have any issues and proactive in preventing future problems. Tim and Hensen were professional, efficient, and answered all our questions. Highly recommend Climate Masters!

On today’s episode of we got screwed by DR Horton…

Wires were loose and melting for our AC breaker. Looks like since installation 😵‍💫 called Hansen the first time and they wasted our money … problem persisted til yesterday the AC gave out. I filled out the intake form for Climate Masters whom I found from the HVAC warranty website and they came out the next morning very quickly and diagnosed and fixed the issue! Highly recommend. Daniel Gaydos came out and was very professional. He listened to the issue and was able to quickly get it handled. Definitely got my trust and my business from now on. Plus that they are family owned and local to Baldwin County!

Climate Masters jumped through hoops to replace our Air Conditioning system in late July 2023. Their team were great, helpful with options, respectful of our home during the demolition and re-install process. They helped keep our dogs inside. We discovered our system not cooling and they responded within 2 hours and then scheduled our install for the next day. They kept us informed and we were back in cool air that afternoon. We highly recommend this firm, the entire team ( from the owner, to sales to technicians) was committed to great service!! It is refreshing to experience a firm that behaves with this level of service.

However the manager called me and apologized for the miscommunication and refunded my entire invoice. I was blown away and I could tell they deeply care about customer satisfaction. Great company! Every person I had contact with was professional and courteous. When I needed to replace my a/c unit there were no con man, high pressure sales techniques. They provided detailed information and a quote in writing then let me choose what was best for me. I also appreciate the service contract they offer. I would definitely recommend them!
