Started out with a service call. Gavin came out and showed me everything he was doing and why he was doing it. My ducts were original to my home built in the late 70's and full of mold. Gavin and Keith came out installed UV lights , a new system, and new duct work throughout the house. Extremely professional and courteous! Highly recommend these guys!

Gavin was great! Drove all the way to Mobile on a Saturday and got us cooled off in no time. Thanks, Mallard Air!

Super customer service . They came out and serviced our air conditioner and one of the parts that they replaced our fixed was a dud and the next day two days later our air conditioner went out and it was so so very hot here . my husband called them and told him what happened and they immediately came right out. It was a Saturday because they had just serviced it two days before and he immediately replaced the broken part Free of charge and we just thought that was so kind of them and really appreciated their prompt service . We will never not use Mallard air for our air-conditioning services and have referred several people to them. They really are one of a kind . We love the small town customer service. They always give .

I had three different AC technicians come out, charge me an arm and a leg, and still couldn’t get my air working. My house was hot, and I was beyond frustrated. Then I called Mallards Air LLC, and I’m so glad I did. Tracen came out, gave me a straight and honest diagnosis—turns out my other AC unit was completely fried (something the others never even mentioned).

He had a new unit installed the very next day, kept me updated the entire time, and was super professional and reliable. The communication was top-notch, and for the first time in weeks, my house is finally cool. Highly recommend this company if you want real results without the runaround.

Mallard Air is the best!! My whole process and experience with them from start to finish was a 10/10!! Everybody I was involved with was so nice and helpful. Called Monday to have them come out Wednesday for an estimate on a whole new ac. Super polite and easy to work with, came out the next day and got me set up with new everything and the house is cool as could be. 5/5 service, helped me get set up and approved for everything!

Gavin & Colt showed up before the actual appointment. They were very thorough with their inspection and diagnosed the issues regarding my system. Gavin clearly explained the options I had and was not pushy when it came to make a decision to remedy the issues. They understood that I will have to discuss with my wife the best plan of action needed to fix our system.

Gavin and Coby did a fantastic job replacing our old HVAC unit, inside and out. They showed up on time and did their job with efficiency and took their time to explain various details to me. Great job!
