You won't find a builder with more integrity than Brian T. Armstrong Construction. Brian's entire process is organized and well thought out, leaving nothing to chance. Brian sat down with us and our architect to ensure we were making the best decisions possible regarding budget and finishes. I wholeheartedly believe this process saved us thousands of dollars.

It was a pleasure to work with Brian Armstrong Construction. Brian and Sheri were professional and knowledgeable. They guided us through the home design process and helped to assure all required surveys and reports were obtained. This was an excellent experience!

Brian is awesome to work with! He is professional, fun, easy going, and very personable! I have worked with him on the professional side and he is always super easy to deal with. He gives me the floor plans, I send him back the quote, and then he gets his designer Kade Laws to set up a consultation with the customer. From the very beginning the customer knows what to expect - and there are no surprise costs at the end. Brian and Kade work tirelessly to ensure that you know costs and timelines up front. Hands down the best there is! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Brian and his team created a wonderful bunk room in our condo. I had only a picture of what I had in mind and they were able to create a great space for our guests to enjoy. Our grandkids give it a 5 star review. I highly recommend Brian T Armstrong Construction to anyone who is considering building in Baldwin County. Truly a professional team.

In Septemberr 2019 we were looking for a good constructor in the Fairhope Alabama Area to build a house on Mobile Bay. From our bank i got the recommendation for Brian T Armstrong Construction. I started reading the online reviews and i was really impressed. Brian and Sheri are very professionel and really nice people. Sheri (Office Manager) has everthing under control and is running the office. Brian is a real good contructor with a lot of experience. Brian has always good advices.He showed us another house on the Mobile Bay which was just under contruction so we had the chance to see the good quality work. Brian T. Armstrong Construction has been renting office space in our building beginning this year. I could tell from the moment I met Brian that he was easy going, kind, and considerate. I think Brian is one of the hardest working people I know, yet he will always take time to stop and listen to a concern or just have a friendly conversation. And the same goes for his office manager, Sheri White.

Brian Armstrong is on the Board of Directors and is an Officer with the Baldwin County Home Builders Association. If I needed to choose a contractor to build a house it would be Brian and his team. It has been a pleasure to have Brian and Sheri at our offices in Silverhill.

I wish to relate that even though we are not building with Brian T Armstrong Construction, it was really great to find a builder who has such great reviews on quality, attention and INTEGRITY. Very hard to find. We are not in the market for buying the land etc. ; we are in the "process" of finding our home in Baldwin County. I would actually refer you if I met someone looking to build whereas I would steer people to the terrible reviews on at least three builders in Baldwin County.

We chose Brian Armstrong Construction to build our home this year. After meeting with several builders, Brian was by far the best choice. The whole process from initial quote to closing was incredibly well organized and streamlined. There was no guesswork or surprises. Our expectations were exceeded and I would highly recommended for your next home build.

Brian, Sheri, and Tommy were integral to building a duplex for me. The project was on-time and on-budget. I wanted a contractor that would take care of every detail and then hand me the keys when finished. That's what happened. Brian uses quality sub-contractors and any issues we found were taken care of quickly. Tommy was very responsive to any questions I had and Sheri kept everything organized. I will use them again, no doubt.

Brian Armstrong, the owner and operator of Brian T. Armstrong Construction is the Best on the coast, truly his business is growing larger every year he over sees the construction with the quality of a sharp eye and strict confidence in his crews so that the jobs are on schedule and complete. He takes such pride in not only his job performance but the look of sharpness with his marketing of his business , with employees, trucks etc. He is also very kind hearted and easy to talk to which is a major plus in my book. I would highly recommend this company.

Brian and his team built my home several years ago, which was a dream come true. His professionalism and attention to detail was amazing. He cleared my lot with his excavating equipment, prepped the lot, built the house pad, and then built my home, which made it easy with one stop shopping. Not having to deal with several contractors to clear my lot, then lot prep, etc was a blessing. It was easy to see that Brian’s word was his bond and he works with the customer to achieve perfection. It was such a pleasure to work with Brian.

When looking for someone to build our dream home, we searched far and wide. We asked around to see who everyone thought was the best. A few names came up but one was repeatedly brought up. Brian T Armstrong has people talking and I can see why. Even other family members had a home built by him. From the moment we called to get more information Sheri has not only answered all of our questions but explained things to us about each step along the way. She's top notch professional and as friendly as it gets. The quality work also has us so excited we'll be in our dream home soon.

Brian and his team are very professional and truly care about their clients. My husband and I were referred to him by a family member and Brian did not disappoint. We met with Brian in September 2020 (post Hurricane Sally) and got things rolling and had house plans drawn up within a couple of months. We were excited to build but unfortunately decided to wait due to the high costs of lumber at the time. This was no fault of Brian or his team - he did everything he could to fit our build into our budget but the costs of materials was uncertain with the pandemic. We have no doubt we will use him as our builder in the future - just waiting for the right time!

Brian and his team are great! I have the opportunity to see many of their projects during the construction phase, as well as the finished product. They can build you an amazing CUSTOM home. With something as important as your home construction, you need to choose a responsive and quality builder. That choice can be the difference between a stressful experience versus an amazing one.

I'm very grateful Brian was our builder. Leaving 5 stars because we're so happy with our house.

If you talk to ANYONE who has built in the last 2 years about their overall experience, it is unlikely to be all roses. Our story is no different.

THAT SAID, 95% of the difficulties were outside of Brian's hands. (We started in Sept '20 & moved in Aug '22. Inflation, the price of lumber, building materials that were seemingly impossible to get, increased borrowing rates, etc. were all items we had to live with)

I am more than happy to share a few memorably positive things about working with Brian:
• Even though it took a LONG time & was completed at great expense (due to aforementioned issues) - we love our new home. *Obviously* this is the most important thing.

• Brian's team responsible for dealing with sub-contractors and finishing our house on time were great. (our superintendents were Bryan and Ben)

• Brian is an honest business person. You know that feeling of getting screwed when you take your car to the shop? Not having that feeling while building a house was a HUGE load off my mind. I have neighbors who had horror stories about sketchy conversations with their builders. (Losing deposits they put down for a pool, a builder trying to weasel out of the contract when house prices started rising, etc.)

• Brian cares about the quality of work. For example - our wall texture for the entire house was a MESS the first time it was done. Brian completely re-did it at his (considerable) expense without me having to ask.

There is ONE less positive thing we wished we knew about ahead of time: we were limited in some selections we made, especially for light fixtures & electronics.

We understand these items are due to the way our house/ his work is warrantied. Brian warrantees the house for a full year, and other items for longer. (Forgive me for not knowing the specifics off hand - because I understand this is a huge bonus you get by working with Brian)

When we got our keys, we had a long list of items to replace. It felt needlessly wasteful. (dumb thermostat & doorbell replaced with a smart thermostat & camera doorbell, light fixtures in the bathrooms, garage, front door & kitchen table, security cameras, shower heads, etc. etc.)

It's regretful the review had to end with a negative, so I'll reiterate: I 100% recommend Brian as an excellent builder, and I'm glad we chose him to build our home.
