I had a new heat pump put in in January 2026. So far every is going great! I would recommend this company. He responds back pretty quickly and I like when you can get a response quick. He is great to work with as well!

I had an awesome experience with Alabama Heating and Cooling- Josh and his team installed a new unit at my home and they were very friendly and professional.

I called them they were very polite and courteous and I had someone at my house within the hour looking at my problem they told us what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to fix and they had the problem fixed in under 24 hours and they subtracted the the consultation fee out of the total cost of the repair to make it a little cheaper on me and my family which was extremely helpful thank you all so much coming out here and getting things done so quickly if I have another AC problem I will definitely be using them again also their consultation fee was $5 cheaper than the other place I originally called so the cheaper consultation fee and their speed of service getting out here to tell me what the problem was is exactly why I chose to go with them and I'm not disappointed that I did ; we called them on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning we had cool air they were also very informative and knowledgeable they shared all the information with me and my husband to help us understand exactly what was going on with our air conditioning unit they also informed us of some other things about our central heater and our Freon tank and when our unit was the created how long it's supposed to last; they really filled us in and updated us on a lot useful information about our unit that we didn't know anything about and that will be very helpful to us in the future our central unit is very old about 15 years old and I had to go all the way to Birmingham to get the part for our old unit and I still had our AC fixed under 24 hours I'm sure for anyone out there that has an AC that's 10 years or younger they'll be even faster for y'all and I were exceptionally fast I called 3 places and they were the fastest with a real-time estimate of exactly what time they could be there to look at my AC and they were at my house 30 mins after i initially called them and asked them to come out anyways thank you for fixing our unit and to everyone out there reading this review if you're looking for a good AC company this one's a great one
