Marked location of sewer line and contacted ,after several calls that could not come, and found a company that was able to come So very pleased that they were able to come to my house this morning other company cleaned my septic tank and now this afternoon Problem is fixed!, so pleased

I can't say enough about these guys. I own a restaurant in Homewood but also live in Vestavia, I've used these guys commercially and for my home and wouldn't consider calling anyone else. They respond, are BEYOND courteous, professional and do GREAT work. I'd give 6STARS if I could.

I have a 90yr old house that came with a few plumbing issues. These guys have worked with me for a while now and I should be good for another 90yrs. Well, not me, the plumbing. I can, and do, highly recommend these guys.

Great service- they fit us in quickly and they were efficient and performed high quality work. Wonderful price point as well- other places in Trussville quoted us $300- $400 over what these guys did the job for. We sure appreciated the honest price and excellent service!

I had a serious issue with my septic line where it left the house. Mike can up with an economical solution for us. They left my yard and house better than they found it. It looked so good, I was shocked. I high recommend them to anyone who needs the job done right.

We didn’t know what our issue was and we called late in the day for help. Michael was very supportive and patient with us and was helping troubleshoot over the phone. Though he didn’t have to physically come on site to diagnose and fix, he helped us tremendously! If we have any other needs, he’s definitely the first person we will call! He was so willing to do whatever he could to get us going as. I (a mom of three small kids at home) was in panic mode and he really went above and beyond to help! Please, if you are in need of plumbing/sewer service, don’t think twice about calling this company!

Mike was able to pinpoint our leak issue and went ABOVE and BEYOND to resolve it even though it required an amazing effort. The Drain Man team would not leave until they resolved the leak and stopped water damage to more of our home.
BTW- different plumber made two trips to our home without resolution. SO THANKFUL the Drain Man team was quickly referred to us!!

I had an issue with my main sewer line out to the road. After receiving less than stellar service with another company, I reached out to Mike at Drainman. Best decision I have ever made. Issue was corrected in about an hour, with an extremely fair price. You will not find a better person in terms of ethics, price, or effort. You can trust that they will correct the issue.

Mike is awesome. I waited several months to post this review to make sure the plumbing issue I was dealing with was fixed. I thought I was gonna need a new septic tank, but Mike found a crack in the main pipe that goes to the septic tank. He repaired that and there has been no issues since. Thank you Mike!

I just want to take a moment to thank Drainman Plumbing. I have used them several times and always have very good service. They are always on time and work their customers into their schedule as soon as possible. I am a senior citizen, and I worry about choosing the right person for the job. These guys are polite, respectful, and do the job and at a five star rate. I don’t even consider calling anyone else. You won’t be disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to come the day I called! Mike was very professional and handled the situation! My issue was fixed in less than 30 minutes! I could not be more thankful! I am a salon owner and one of our sinks was out of commission, causing a delay for our stylists. So, I absolutely appreciate Mike coming out so quickly! I will definitely recommend them to all my family, friends and clients!

I have had service done by both Mike and David a couple of times.
They got the job done right. Before Mike came in to detect what was wrong with water from the sink getting into my dishwasher, I had another service clean out the pipes and then even send in a specialist to try to get it fixed but they were unable. In less than 10 minutes, Mike detected what was wrong and fixed it.
They are very honest and do not overcharge. They are very professional. I love The Drain Man!
I have referred my kids to them, too, and we all feel the same.

They diagnosed a tricky leak and figured out how to repair it. The plumbers (David and Mike) were good listeners. They showed up when they said they would, and their price was fair. It sucks to have a plumbing problem but if I ever have another one, I’d call Drainman to fix it.
