West was awesome. It was easy to schedule appt. the guys that came out were great, they fixed the problem quickly. The price was fair!

Was charged 284.00 for a outside hose bibb that took them less than 20 minutes to replace. Parts cost less than $5.00. I tried to get an estimate of cost before they came out and charged $59 for a service call but they would not give an estimate.
