Honest disclosure: I"m the proud Dad of the folks running this family business. Claire Goldman produced a beautiful design and collaborated with us on plant selection, sod, and crushed stone driveway using a new material. Charlie Goldman managed the project installation which included install of a state-of-the-art irrigation system with controls. Follow up and maintenance has been top notch. Nathan and the R&R team did an amazing job start to finish with our landscape project. Nathan consulted with my wife and I to come up with a few ideas that took our lot shape and desires into consideration. The plan he presented was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was then planted in a very timely and professional manner, and we could not be more pleased with the final product. We would highly recommend their services for any and all landscape plans and needs!

Absolutely the best!! We are fairly new in town and needed a full service landscape company that could design, plan and execute a large front yard makeover. As usual, I found hundreds of "landscape companies" around but most of them either just cut grass or dig in plants you pick out where you tell them to. Luckily, we have friends that recommended R&R and we could not be happier.

My wife is an interior designer and understands all of the elements of a good design and R&R delivered. We were provided a detailed drawing after walking the ground providing our input which was minimal. ( I mainly wanted low maintenance and so the design included all low maintenance plants.) The design was just what we were looking for but had no idea what that was until we saw the plan which was perfect.

Execution was just as well done. R&R obviously screens and hires quality people on the crews - everyone from the project lead to the workers we saw every day. Extremely polite, hard-working young men who went out of their way to ensure we were happy every step of the way. The guys also cleaned up after the day was done and were respectful of our house and yard. Front line workers are ambassadors of a company and R&R recruits, hires and trains them to serve as representatives of the company- often rare these days.

I expect value for my money when I contract to have a large job done and with R&R they delivered. To take a blank canvas and end up with our dream yard is not easy but they did it. I could not be happier and will use them again when we do another section of the yard.

I highly recommend R&R for any yard drainage issues! I learned so much from just the initial consultation with Charlie. They know what they are talking about and their execution was excellent.

Their materials are high quality and long-lasting, and their methods are effective. I was worried about paying for a poorly fixed drainage problem. I'm glad I found R&R to fix it correctly...the first time with no headaches.

During and after the project, they cleaned up after themselves and left my yard better than they found it. You won't regret the investment with this fantastic team.

We had (what I consider) to be a fairly decent sized installation of privacy trees, hedges and companion plants in our backyard. From the get go Nathan was quick to respond, meet us for a consult, provide renderings and an estimate. Even with all of the rain we had, once there was a break they got right to it and finished it up within a few days. The crew was super quick while still being meticulous, and kept our yard neat and tidy at the end of every day. We are VERY satisfied with the service and product we received and have recommended R&R to some friends.

The things we love most about R&R landscaping and their Connect program are their personal attention to us. We always feel so important to them, and this makes them 10 notches above anyone else!! They are also very good at what they do and are always so aware of any concerns that we have. They are proactive whenever we come to town, and are always so polite and professional. They even help with our indoor plants when we are out of town. Our entire experience with R&R and their Connect program has been A+!! I hope they never change. I wish they would come to Virginia and do landscaping for us up there!
