Wilco Contractors is a wholesome and family owned business. I had no problem communicating with the Forman. Every request was handled by the crew.

Wilco was able to squeeze our septic/ leech field project in last minute! Ryan was easy to communicate with, his willingness to fit us in with short notice didn’t change his quality of work and customer service as well as his crew who stayed with the project until it was completed!! My husband and I would recommend Wilco Contractors to anyone and everyone!! Thanks to you ALL!!!!

Our experience with Wilco was amazing! We had our home built on the hillside on a lot that was pretty difficult. They worked with us from the ground up. Made our lot a perfect pad for our home, got the septic in, and helped us figure out all our financing. Our questions were answered in a timely manner, everyone was very professional, house was built on schedule, and we were able to customize every detail! The workers were all super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to build a custom home or remodel our existing home.

Blocks driveways & parks in front of no parking zones. Absolutely a ridiculous company that should know better not to park illegally in front of an house blocking driveway from emergency vehicles. Owner very very unstable individual. Owns land not posted. If you want people to stay off your property then post signs & rope off. Do not ever approach my house again! Been watching idiots all summer parking on your property.

I requested a quote. Gave them all of my info, drawings etc... I heard nothing back for months, they didn't respond to my next two messages. Unprofessional.

Absolute worst contractor ever. Similar to the other posted review I had Wilco (Bill Wilkinson) contracted to build me a house with a 9 month contract and 15 months later it is way over budget and over time. Unprofessional. Full of excuses. Craftmanship is marginal and overall unethical to deal with. Will likely end up in court with him over invoices which appear to be padded and largely fictitious. Please learn from my expensive mistake and DO NOT USE!
