Austin put in new steps at our condo last summer. He and his crew were in and out quickly, and their work was great!

Austin just repaired an interior wall after water damage caused by a roof leak. He & his crew have also completed other work here previously, and Austin works fast & is always friendly.

Ed with Alas-co took care of the hornets nest on my property really quickly and professionally, he also moved my outdoor furniture out of the way and put it back once the nest was all cleaned up. Great service!

Ed came over and did a great job installing a new wax ring on the commode, and some faucet repair. Prices were reasonable, and Ed was knowledgable and friendly, and didn't waste any time. I'll definitely use Alasco again.

I came home to a big bubble on my kitchen cleaning, called Alas-Co and Ed came right over. Was able to find the leak and fix it under an hour. So thankful it was fixed quickly. Now just have to wait for it to dry to fix the drywall.

After all the snow from this past winter I had some ice dam damage to my home. It seems that every contractor has been very busy with similar repairs. Ed was very accommodating to my schedule and now I can say finally got my drywall/floor repaired. Friends with similar issues are still waiting on quotes and repairs to get done from other companies

I want to thank Ed C for the hard , wonderful work and incredible communication. Closing on our house, my HOA had them come do some work in crawlspace. I was waiting for the invoice for closing documents that was approaching quickly and couldn't close without it. While Ed was dealing with being short on staff and being incredibly busy, he worked HARD and communicated closely with me to be sure I had the invoice. The workers that came over to the house did a great job and were very friendly!

We needed mold remediation. We were quoted upwards of $40K to do it (dirty thieving jerks). It was recommended to us to contact Ed of Alasco for a truly honest assessment. Not only did he give us an unimaginably generous quote over $30K less, he chose to do the work himself to make sure it was done thoroughly and effectively. Our air quality jumped to way above standard purity and has stayed that way. We are so very grateful for a company that knows a good, honest worker like Ed. If you don’t know, ask Alasco. 👊🏼

After heavy snow accumulation and ice buildup on our roof caused water intrusion in our bedroom walls and floor, Alas-Co came out to assess and repair. I found Mr. Ed to be very friendly, personable, and reliable. He did high quality work and was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

After taking a fall in my family room, Ed Pico of Alas-Co was kind enough to do a fabulous repair of the hole in my drywall. After repairing the drywall he also textured and painted the wall during his three day weekend off work. After the paint dried, you can not even tell that the large hole was in my wall next to the fireplace. I have been meaning to write this review for awhile and let Alas-Co know what a great job Ed did to help me out. Plus he would not let me pay him which even showed me more class from a first rate worker and neighbor. Thank you Ed for doing a nice job!

Very shady business practices. Be very careful to document all communication if you choose to hire them.

Alas-Co was hired to take care of a water leak/mold by the HOA. They started last July on the work, and had to come back three times since the work was not completed correctly. Communication was very limited on the status of the work, and the work complete was sub-par.
