Jeff fixed a leak from the master bathroom into the family room for me that I’ve tried to fix twice before using other people and it kept returning. He was very thorough and showed me how he came to his conclusions. Jeff is great!

We have used this service for over 20 years as we have really enjoyed getting to know Plumber Jeff, September and their wonderful lady who answers the phone. We will never use another plumbing service as we feel like family with this service and Plumber Jeff has always fixed our plumbing and heating issues...

Had our install done a little over a year ago. About one month after the warranty period, the pump failed on our system which meant we completely lost heat when it was about 0 degrees out. They came out that very same day and replaced the pump and didn't charge us anything even though we were out of warranty. Will definitely continue to use them again and again.

I had placed a claim for my broken hot water heater through HSA. After being delayed and put aside by another local company (who left me without hot water for a week), I was able to get my claim transferred to Cassidy's. They were very responsive and helpful, and immediately got to work sourcing my rare type of hot water heater.
They were professional, understanding, and advocated for me to HSA. I can't thank them enough!

Found myself in a pickle needing gas for a dryer. Cassidy was very accomodating and did a great job. Price was fair and the contractors were easy to work with. Quick work for their team and I'm a happy customer. Thank you Cassidy Plumbing!

Only good experiences with Cassidy. They were for Alaska competitively priced and professional when I needed a new heating system (at a time when our baby was born) as our old heating system failed. They offered to bring heaters to our apartment just to keep the baby warm and installed a new system in the quickest time possible.
When the system gave us issues (high winds blew out the flare) - they came in no time and modified the exhaust.
Now - whilst I am overseas - our neighbor let us know about another potential issue. Called them and September was SUPER friendly and will have things looked at in the afternoon already.
Thank you Cassidy Plumbing - I would not do business with any other company!

Jeff with Cassidy's plumbing & Heating worked on my boiler system and made the neccessary repairs to get it up and running in tip top condition. He listened to my complaints about my boiler setup and evaluated the system and provided me the information I needed to get it repaired properly. He was very professional and knowledgable in all areas of plumbing and boiler operation. He diid only what needed to be done, he didn't try to sell me on getting other things done that weren't needed like others i have dealt with in the past. I will be using Cassidy's again for all my heating & plumbing needs. I highly recommend Cassidy's if you need any plumbing & heating work done. Thanks again, Clinton B.

They are a good outfit, but they are booked out quite far, so make your appointment asap. The guy that came to inspect my leaking fan issues helped as much as he could before telling me we needed a roofer to do the rest.
However, he did suggest I could do it myself and gave me a specific list of things to buy and directions on how to apply them. He also told me to call with any questions I had while completing the task. Then he called after he left because he forgot an important pointer concerning the DIY task.
You can tell they genuinely care about helping you take care of your home. I would recommend Cassidy's to family and friends in a heartbeat.

I'd just like to say these guys came in very polite and with great personalities. They got right to the problem and it didn't take long at all...knowledge???....DEFINITELY!! They know thier trade...they talk "tools" like it's thier kids...I appreciate great service and they two brought it!! Need you leaky faucet fixes in a jiffy? Give Cassdy's a call. I almost DON'T want to write a review because selfishly I don't want Cassidy's Plumbing Heating so busy that I don't get this customer service again. Seriously, from the phone appointment to in-person meeting at our house, CPH was amazing. Our technician Jeff was AMAZING! Not only did he figure out our issue within seconds, he had all the parts to fix it immediately. If I could rate higher than 5-Stars I would.

My toilet was running, and we thought that we could fix it ourselves. I bought the supplies and took the toilet apart. We couldn’t get one part off for the life of us. We started calling plumbers. Their reply was a 2-3 week waiting time. It’s the only bathroom in the house. We called Cassidy’s, and Jeff came by within 15 min as he going to another appointment. Toilet was fixed with 10minute.
We are having issues with my heating system. We will call them and set up an appointment to repair the system.
Cassidy Plumbing and Jeff are the best. I have a big mouth and I will talk Cassidy’s up as much as I can.
You guys are/were a lifesaver!!!

We had an excellent experience with Cassidy's from beginning to end. They were responsive, courteous and professional. We finished off our basement and had to relocate existing, and install new, plumbing. They were prompt with providing a detailed estimate, were always available by phone, and completed the work on time. We have found our plumbers for life in Anchorage.
