Tech was early, which was great. Very courteous and explained what he was doing. Cleaned up any spilled water. Did diagnostic and gave info about any previous problems which were none. Good experience.

Joe was extremely knowledgeable, showed up on time and really was great.

I'm very happy with the repair service-call. Dillon arrived within the 3-hr window of time, phoned ahead to say he was on his way, and started right to work. He worked hours beyond what was expected, left the area neat, coordinated a follow up call with the tenant, called the tenant the next day to verify the test run went OK, and was just professional and efficient throughout.
He also, when asked, gave me good information about washing machines that Reliable appliance sells, showed me pictures of them, which helped me make a decision to either repair or replace the washer. I highly recommend.

A really great technician took care of our dryer today by checking all working parts to ensure a long life. Plus he let me know why the items were not drying; its because the exit tube has to be cleaned out. Otherwise a $200 part will break and we would have a large repair bill.

Having a warranty service claim on a Viking microwave, our appointment had to be virtual since we live in Homer. Darin called right on time, was professional and patient while he guided us through some diagnostics. Quickly determined the problem and sent documentation to Viking for warranty part replacement.

Very professional service department

My dryer was delivered with a factory defect. I didn’t know this at the time but it made a lot of noise. I finally decide to get it checked out and Reliable Appliance fixed it under warranty and now it runs perfectly. The technician was informative about schedule time line, nice, and efficient.
