It was 11pm at night I was calling everyone in town, no one answered my call. My sink was leaking pretty bad and I did not want water damage to my new floors.

When I called courtesy flush they answered right away and he was there fast. he fixed my problem and even discovered a problem with my garage floor drain he fixed it at no cost to me. My wife and I are so thankful for the guys at courtesy flush.

Super thankful! Our drain was clogged and we had to call in the middle of the night. He arrived within 15 minutes of when we called. He found the problem in a very short time and had our drain working perfectly within an hour!! I'm verry satisfied and recommend them!

Excellent customer service & care occurred before, during, and after the job. This was combined with robust plumbing solutions to multiple stubborn & relatively complicated plumbing installations. Theo created a custom sink drain for a leak-prone drain on a tricky upstairs bathroom sink that now drains flawlessly. He also configured custom drains for a dated basement bathroom remodel. Downstairs toilet now flushes like a projectile capsule ejecting from a spaceship. Not going to hold back on seconds for sunday steak dinner anymore.

Super happy with their services! My basement bathroom flooded because of a clogged pipe/toilet. Courtesy flush plumbing and drains came to my house with in an hour of my call and worked hard for about 2 hours making sure the problem was fixed and done correctly. He even cleaned up the mess that was made from the bathroom flooding !! I will definitely call these guys again if I have any more plumbing issues (although I hope I wont need to ) Highly reccomend giving these guys a cal for your plumbing needs

I had the best experience with Courtesy Flush! I called them at 11 am, one of their workers was at my house by 11:15! My problem was bigger than we thought, but he didn’t give up! And it was fixed by 1:45 pm! So thankful!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST COMPANY to hire. We attempted to install a dishwasher ourselves (we are pretty handy DIY’ers). Quickly realized that we were going to need additional work done. Called several Plummer’s in the area including some we had used before and weren’t impressed with. No one could come out the same day and we were dealing with a faulty shut off valve that was leaking continuously. We happened to come across COURTESY FLUSH and gave them a call expecting the same response as the others. To my surprise, Theo put us on his schedule later in the evening after an already full day of jobs! Communicated when he was on the way and was extremely professional when he arrived. He got the job done so we could get back to our normal routine, and we couldn’t be more pleased with his knowledge and work ethic. Not only that, we weren’t gouged with after hours charges either! We now have Theo & Courtesy Flush on speed dial for any of our future plumbing needs- and there will be many upcoming remodeling projects. So glad we found this company!!

I will give Theo, Courtesy Flush, 10 stars for his excellent work. We have well water issues for many years, we wanted to clean 2 600-gallon-water tanks desperately and to fix water pipeline. After 6 plumbers, I found Theo who was very courtesy and talked to me with big smile, willing to do the job. His attitude toward his costumers is not only professional but friendly.
