Incredible life savers. Visiting from out of town and my car keys went down the garage drain, I was screwed. They sent a man up and after a little laughing at the situation retrieved them for $50. I tried paying double but he wouldn't take the tip. I'm extremely thankful for the help.

Fantastic work!
Plumbed my new 3 bed 2 bath house and did a terrific job. Hooked up my oil meiser water heater and cistern aswell. I will use them exclusively for all plumbing jobs commercial and residential. Endorsed.

Great to have a well stocked plumbing supply store everyone is very helpful. 4 Stars because prices are high, but what do you expect at the end of road.

Original est was cost of burner plus up to 8 hours for 1 plumber and 1 helper. A 1 day job turned into over a week. They did take over 500.00 off the bill. Plumber had to go back to shop several times for more parts despite having a company work truck on site. Nice people just not what I expected.

Asked for service to snake my septic line. They sent out 2 guys on a Friday. They got the snake stuck in the line. Said, "We'll be back Monday". OK then, all weekend with no water,They show back up and can't get it unstuck, they sounded it and said it was stuck on something about 10 feet from the septic tank. Real good. I go rent a small excavator and dig up my septic tank. Well, Curly and Moe had jammed the snake through the septic tank and wrapped the snake around the septic baffle about 14 times. They cost me almost $3000 without their bill. Here's the kicker, they still had the nerve to send me a $1400 bill. I called them up, apparently Curly and Moe never told the office what they did. The office was kind enough to still try and bill me $950. I still told them there was no way I was going to pay them for their disservice. I wouldn't call these people for a plunger. Go see Lloyd's Services and rent your own snake and take care of your plumbing yourself before calling this business. FYI, this just popped up, this was over 2 years ago. Maybe policy's have changed.

I asked them to take a look at my boiler that was making noise. They came by the house and replaced a pump that didn't need to be fixed. and said everything was fine. it kept making noise. they came by twice more and again said it was fine. I didn't sleep over a month from the noise. I paid $800 which included 4.5 hours of labor. when I personally figured out what was wrong they said they would fix it. I then waited 2 weeks for them to show up only to get a text message from the tech saying he didn't feel comfortable to work on it. this was because I was obviously frustrated that nothing had been fixed over these months! I never asked for a refund and they refused to help him. They all seem nice and professional but the fact that I have lived here my entire life and they refuse to help me simply because they know they are at fault and wont stand behind their work. Sadly they are about the only help you are going to get in Homer. So i guess make sure to not try to question their pricing or lack of integrity. who knows how ill get any help now.
