Nathan and his team did an outstanding job with updating our landscaping. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Nathan and Sam are hard workers, polite, and reasonably priced. They cleared shrubbery, dug holes, moved dirt, removed stumps, and leveled soil well. They're likely not gardeners though.
We provided all soil amendments and explained twice to Nathan that the sub-alpines needed mycorrhizal inoculant root enhancer, sand, and rock dust mixed below the root balls, and the lilacs only needed mycorrhizal inoculant root enhancer and compost since they were already fertilized in breakup.
Only mycorrhizal inoculant root enhancer was added and most of the sub-alpines root flares were buried (which can kill a tree). Also the lilacs had roots poking out of the soil in different directions.
Either they were rushing too much because they were late for their next job, or they are scattered because they don't retain well, or they just aren't gardeners.
We corrected the errors and it's completed, which we couldn't have done alone. -
Now we're three weeks downstream from when Nathan and Sam worked on our yard...
UPDATE: 06/21/25
Two of the transplanted lilacs are now dead, and two are nearly dead. Our efforts to rebury the exposed roots they left poking out were not enough. The holes they created and where they planted the lilacs slowly sank inward. They didn’t tamp the soil where the lilacs were going in (which also needed compost we provided in the holes before the plants went in). We hoped their errors were still workable, and that the plants were strong enough because we fertilized them the month before. We were wrong. We expected landscapers to have a higher level of knowledge than their customers. Eden does not appear to have anything but tools going for them.
