I couldn’t have asked for better. Woke up to no hot water. Person over the phone was fantastic. Communication was great, showed up the same day and fixed our water heater and even gave us tips on how to maintain it. Definitely recommend!!!

My tankless water heater was installed without the necessary slant so the vent to the outside kept freezing up. I gave Mr Ness an opportunity to fix it but he didn’t make time for me so after a few weeks I hired another plumber.

Thats funny their only two good reviews are their office lady which is the owners daughter and Jim himself. If you want a company that dodges your phone calls and can't be straight forward with you then they are your company. From ignoring calls and texts and emails and never returning calls or making lies of when they are going to get anything done. Their office lady needs to be fired for not doing anything she told us she would in any sort of a timely fashion.

I was experiencing issues with my furnace, and two technicians from the company came to inspect it. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure switch. Given that it was late on a Friday afternoon, they didn't have the replacement part on hand and suggested I could replace it on my own. They billed me $168.00 and departed, leaving the furnace still broken. Subsequently, I discovered the actual issue was the exhaust fan, not the pressure switch. I ended up buying and installing a new exhaust fan myself to fix the problem.
