Advanced Plumbing and Heating came out to repair my furnace by appointment in August 2012. On Jan 27 th when it was -24 my heater went down again. Advanced is not open on Sunday so I called another company-Mat-Su Mechanical. They repaired the same part, found numerous problems with the previous repair ( some of which could have been life threatening). AND charged less for an emergency call then Advanced charged for the original fix. I called Advanced the next day. They took no ownership of the problem whatsoever. Chuck said he stood by his repair men...apparently he does not stand by his customers. Beware Mat Valley friends!!!

Says they are 24 hrs but they are not. Straight up ignore your call

This place is soooooo “busy” they cannot help anyone.
Just call another plumber if you need help because they will definitely not be able to assist you in a timely manner. Not worth your frustration, trust me. They are unresponsive.
