Had them install two heating system in my homes, and both experiences were excellent. From the first call to the final install, their customer service was top-notch.
The team was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy.
They have been awesome for maintenance to keep everything running efficiently and would highly recommend them for reliable plumbing and heating work.

Our water pressure was literally down to a drip out of our shower… we didn't want to have to replace any major pressure tanks or appliances unless it was absolutely necessary. These guys came to the rescue and gave me an outstanding price, they were honest and replaced only what was necessary. Highly recommended!

Quick to respond and always do great work. Dave is wonderfully nice and has solved 2 different plumbing issues for us. Very easy to put in an online ticket or just call their friendly staff to get a quick response.

Brian is super awesome, professional and personable. He had previously done the plumbing in my home and when I had an issue, he remembered the house and was very knowledgeable about what could be the issue. He was super flexible working with my schedule and got out to fix my issue quickly.

Boiler Man is the way to go.

We decided to get the boiler system inspected before the winter months hit us. A week prior to our appointment with someone else, the whole system went down. Our original tech could not get to us for a month! We called around town and The Boiler Man was the only company that could get to us in a reasonable amount of time. Let me tell you, I am so glad they were here.

They sent a crew out immediately. Their front office moved around appointments to accommodate my home which was without hot water.

Their techician was professional, very laid back, easy going, and very friendly. They replaced the needed parts and their front office kept us in the loop for billing and parts on order.

A week later, more problems started. They sent a technician out AGAIN - that very day. They inspected and the tank was bad. They found a replacement and handled the warranty work from the office. Ladies and gentlemen, Palmer is known for a great community and its people like The Boiler Man that make this reputation as good as it is.

Three days later, I have a working system and a company that will never fail us. I will NOT go anywhere else.

Boiler man Plumbing and Heating follow-up. The owner Called me this morning and MORE than made up for any mistakes or misunderstandings. He offered to forgive my entire bill. I told him that wasn't necessary and that I would pay him a fairly adjusted invoice. Considering the owner's stellar response to the situation, I apologize for the earlier post. If you have plumbing needs Boiler Man made it right for me!

I had them install a replacement unit heater in my garage. The 2 techs that showed up were clean, polite, fast and I had zero issues with the install or the pricing. Billing and office staff were also excellent. I have them regularly clean and service my furnace and on demand water heater.

Our furnace was not producing heat and making 'banging' noises. I called Boiler Man as soon as they opened at 7a and we had a technician within a couple hours. Roy was very knowledgeable, professional, answered our questions, explained the work needed/parts needed replacing and completed everything. He made sure both thermostats were working and checked the registers for heat. Roy called the next day to be sure everything was working efficiently. I recommend this business and I will call the Boiler Man when I next need service.

Can a boiler install be beautiful? You bet! We replaced our old system with a new boiler and the pipe in the mechanical room is so neat and pretty. So professional! A number of other issues were addressed at the same time. The Boiler Man crew was here on time, got the job done quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. We were impressed! Highly recommend.

I had a furnace and water emergency on a Sunday. I called them they were quick to respond and take care of the issues that included installation of a new furnace the next day. They were fair and honest through the whole process. Everyone at Boiler Man has been great. I highly recommend them!

The hose spigot outside of our house wouldn't shut off, they came out and repaired it so quickly before any major flooding or damage. Thank you so much!
