My rental home was not heating. They came out the Sunday with no notice. Replaced 2 parts at a very reasonable rate and timeframe. They also had recommendations for improving the boiler system and reducing gas usage. Awesome company!!

DURING the recent power outage Hard Rok was able to repair our boiler and return heat to one of our rental homes very quickly and professionally. We have been using Hard Rok for all our heating and plumbing systems for several years now, highly recommend then, they are great and have fair prices 👍 😀

Hard rock plumbing and heating responded quickly within only a short time of notice for his assistance of our request. He bent over backwards with his prompt, and diligent actions and resolving all questions and provided his excellent skills and abilities! I would call him before any other shop!

We have a condo that had a completely dilapidated boiler/heating/hot water system. Hard Rok replaced the entire system with a compact combo Rinnai boiler/tankless hot water system. Within 2 weeks of contacting Hard Rok, the entire system was installed and fully functional. It only took them 3 days to install from start to finish. The plumber, Jerry, was amazing and made everything better than expected. The owner, Bill, came out to do a final inspection the day after to ensure the system had no leaks and was functioning properly. These guys are true professionals, and I would use them again without hesitation. Thanks Hard Rok!

These folks are amazing. If you have a Rennai water heater go to them first. Another company had screwed ours up during a basic service and wanted a huge amount to repair. I called Hard Rok for a second opinion and they handily fixed what turned out to be a minor issue with a dirty igniter at a fantastic price. They also gave me a lot of much more reasonable (and logical) options for repairs if it has issues again. Chris was wonderful and professional, and they saw me the day after I called. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Rennai; this company is apparently the only company that’s actually certified by Rennai. I will definitely be calling them in the future, and I highly recommend you do so as well.

Shanen did an amazing job finding the leaks in the pipes and replacing them. He was quick, reasonable, friendly and got the job done efficiently.
Would have never known there was several leaks if it wasn’t for his help.

I don’t often leave reviews unless I feel I received exceptional service, which unfortunately is not the norm anymore ANYHOW, I just got my boiler serviced by Hard Rok Plumbing & Heating due to some research & recommendations I received from pages like this and I feel the need to spread the word! HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLUMBING & HEATING SERVICE I’VE RECEIVED since we moved to the area 7 years ago. Bill & Chris were super friendly; explained everything that was going on with my system on a level anyone could understand; didn’t have an agenda or sales pitch to get me to buy things or make improvements on things I didn’t need; and didn’t use an opportunity to charge extra labor costs (due to unforeseen issues) against me! This is the first time in a long time where I feel like I can actually trust a company to not take advantage of me because of a lack of knowledge in the field!!! Thank you soooo much Hard Rok Plumbing & Heating! You are the only company I will be recommending to anyone who asks!!!

We had some issues with our heaters not blowing air and I called our apartment complex to get service. Amy from the office immediately called me to schedule a visit and sent DAVID to fix the issue. Both Amy and David are 100% rock solid (see what I did there) with their prompt, friendly and professional service. David knew exactly what needed to be replaced and was done with accuracy and speed. I will definitely use their service when I’m ready to build my own house because I can tell that this local business treats their client as community members and not just numbers in the game. Amy was very responsive in getting me a quote that was reasonable. She was helpful in answering my questions and got two guys out to replace my water heater the next day. The two gentlemen (Logan and Cody I believe were their names) that came to my house were fast and efficient, they had the water heater installed and ready to go in a few hours. Hard Rok Plumbing as gained a new customer. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and painless the whole process was thanks to a great service and install team.
