Rock solid is really great company. All around had a really good experience. Our troubles happened at the most inconvenient time and Jonathan really helped us to get our heat and hot water back quickly. Additionally Kyle and Matt removed and gave us a whole new system. Something in which looks like a work of art. All of the details were focused on and they were super easy to talk to and work with. I will definitely be recommending rock solid to anyone else and for my needs in the future. Thankyou!

Fast, efficient, friendly and affordable. First time using them after years with another company and their tech found a mistake the other company left causing a squeal in my furnace. All fixed now. I love the annual maintenance agreement makes it all easy to schedule and plan/pay for. Honestly cant ask for a better experience from them. If you aren't using them YOU SHOULD BE.

I had an active water leak and dispatch did a great job of fitting me into their schedule when a cancellation occurred. I really appreciate their flexibility and willingness in getting my problem fixed quickly. Technician John was skilled, friendly and efficient. Great communication and attitude. 6 stars!

The Rock Solid employees were polite, courteous and professional. They did a very good job and left the work area clean.

John stayed clocked in into the evening on a holiday to help us when our property's furnace was not heating the house properly. Never once complained. Great service and the issue was resolved same day.

Had a pilot light go out on a hot water heater at a rental properly and couldn’t get it re-ignited; needed it fixed asap. Was able to get a hold of their technician, Zach, and he was extremely helpful! Had the hot water heater back up and running in less than an hour. Will definitely be calling them again for future jobs.

Michael from Solid Rock Plumbing and Heating fixed my leaking pipe under kitchen sink and was great! Very nice and explained things well. Excellent experience!

Michael arrived promptly, was kind, courteous and obviously skilled at his job. He explained in detail what the problem was and what was necessary to rectify it. He made short work of the repair. Last week Kyle and Matt installed a new on demand heating and hot water system for us. We were extremely impressed with their work ethic, professionalism, responsiveness to questions and concerns, and timeliness. They are exactly the kind of service professionals that one wants to hire for repairs and home improvement projects. We are very happy with our new system and their excellent work. We definitely recommend this company.

Michael, the tech, was awesome. Answered all of my questions regarding our furnace. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no clue about furnace maintenance so I was shocked to find out I should have been changing them every 3 months! Thanks for the kindness and educating me on proper maintenance to keep the beast running. Will definitely use them again and will be referring my friends 😎

Michael from Rock Solid Heating and Plumbing was there when I needed him most. The boiler was failing and temperatures were dropping. Being new to the area I wasn’t well versed in boilers so I was unsure of the issues it was having. He was honest in his work and was genuine at helping me find a solution to my plumbing issues (leaky sink). Top Notch! 2 words explain it all. Same day emergency service when I needed it. Granted good luck trying to get a plumber within a week or two of when you call, but….. I was offered after hours service which I needed it the same day. Then the scheduled plumber called me and offered me to show up early because he was available which saved me $$$ because it was still during normal hours. Who is honest enough to do this these days? My pressure tank was toast and within 2 days working after hours and all the parts needed, I was back to regular everyday living. My service technicians were beyond courteous and respectful. This is the kind of local business that I would, will and intend to support in the future. I HIGHLY recommend the service and treatment I received. Businesses need to understand a customer’s appreciation for outstanding customer service when received, and for this I give 5 stars, nothing less will do.

Dave came out at an ambiguous time of night to help with a massive problem. He quickly diagnosed, discussed, and even went as far to indulge my questions and teach me a thing or two. He immediately made a positive impression on me both for himself and this company. Turned a 1 star experience of having a water explosion in my garage into a quick 5 star service fixing the problem.
