We have Alex at our home today to look at a 20amp service for the garage, replace a bunch of kitchen outlets and address a light dimmer switch issue. He took care of us very well. Personable, reliable and very competent. We’re pleased with his work!!

Long overdue upgrades to our ceiling fans and front door light. Max and his helper were very professional, and we were able to troubleshoot some issues we weren’t aware of. I would highly recommend trustpoint and will definitely use them again!

Hi. 1st time using TRUST. Had a few projects scheduled and I was impressed with their professionalism, explanations and always communicated well during the projects. They also were very neat and respectful to us and worked around our 4 dogs. Fast forward and we did a have one issue with a breaker. They right away after hours and fixed the faulty circuit. Very impressed

Chris McConahy and his technicians have been doing repairs and maintenance on my HVAC systems for a number of years and I’ve been Very Happy with their professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and prompt service. I decided to replace my 25+ year old HVAC system before summer, so I had Chris McConahy of TrustPoint Electric and Air come out and give me a quote and recommendation on which new systems to go with for my two story house. Chris provided me with three system options and explained the difference between the three different options. I decide on which option to go with and had an installation scheduled for the following week.
On both days of the installation, I receive a text from TrustPoint Electric and Air informing me that the Technicians Doug Adams and Dominic O’Donnell with their pictures were on their way and will arrive within 30 minutes. On the first day when they arrived, they introduced themselves and were professional and friendly. They went to work immediately and were very knowledgeable and organized in what need to be done to complete the replacement of first AC compressor unit outside and AC/Gas Furnace air handle unit in the garage. The second day involved replacement of the second AC compressor unit outside and the AC/Gas Furnace air handle unit upstairs in the attic. Doug and Dominic laid down drop cloths from the front door, up the stairs and onto the work area below the attic crawl space. They also cleaned up at the end of each work day. Doug and Dominic were very meticulous about their workmanship and it shows in the end results of their work.
During each day, the old HVAC hardware and the packaging material of the new units was place out on the curb and was picked up by a company before the end of each day.
Upon the completion of the installation, Doug was very helpful in linking up the new wireless thermostats to my cell phone and walked me through the touch screen menu options on the thermostats.
I highly recommend Chris McConahy of TrustPoint Electric and Air and Technicians Doug Adams and Dominic O’Donnell if you’re looking for a reliable and honest HVAC and Electrical company.

Very curious and amazing work. Doug and Dominick both worked all day without stopping, no lunch break or anything. They were both great about explaining things that were being done. Totally took out old HVAC equipment and put in new unit.

I saw great reviews for family owned, Trust Point AZ. I love the communication and tracking software. Josh & Mariah were great! I had problems with a couple ceiling fans, an outlet & a bbq light. I would highly recommend them!

We had an excellent experience with Cameron Gilliland. He arrived on time and was very professional. He installed an electric line for a new outdoor lighting. He was very clean and courteous taking time to protect the flooring and walls around the area. We couldn’t be happier.

Alex was our service provider, this is the second time he has been at our house. Super professional and kind, knowledgeable and helpful...great company! I will use them for all our electrical needs! I had to have an old ADT alarm system disconnected because it was beeping all hours of the night. But ADT wouldn't help because I didn't have active account. Alex also replaced 7 to 9 smoke detectors that were originally installed incorrectly and also randomly causing us sleepless nights...looking forward to no sleep interruptions tonight

Today I had the pleasure of having a service technician by the name of Juan L, for that we are very grateful as Juan explained everything in a way we would understand and was very respectful of my home wearing shoe covers the whole time. We used Trust point to replace our 18 yr old HVAC system and I can't say enough about what a great experience it was. Communication was great, they arrived on time and completed the entire job in just one day. Care was taken with putting down drop cloths and making sure the area was left clean. All trash was hauled away. Doug Adams and Dominic O'Donnell were the Technicians on my job, and they were very knowledgeable and explained things very well.
