Matt was awesome. He isolated the problem repaired it like he was on a navy seal mission.
I highly recommend this company for your HAVC needs. I can guarantee you will be satisfied with the service you receive. They are fast, courteous,friendly reliable and honest and care about their customers. It was really nice to see this level of professionalism.

We had Tony and Ashley from 5 Star out to install a new A/C unit. They were courteous and professional and did an amazing job. The price was right and they made sure every detail was perfect upon completing the job. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again when we replace our other unit.

Its very simple - Stop looking at reviews and call Five Star Air Conditioning immediately. We had no a/c for 2 weeks. We were working with one of the “bigger” companies in the area and after getting the run around for 2 long weeks, one of our friends recommended calling Five Star. Im so glad we did. Tim came to our house within 2 hours of my initial phone call to assess and give us a quote. He even patiently waited outside until we were finished talking to another company. Thank you for waiting Tim! He was fantastic and we signed the contract almost Instantly. A couple days later, Ashley & Tony came to Install our new a/c unit and they were equally as amazing!! They spent almost 10 hours at our house installing and explained everything along the way. They were very careful and cleaned up everything. Our house is so cold now, I love it! I am so impressed by what I have seen so far with Five Star and will be recommending them to all our friends, family & neighbors. Thank you Tim, Ashley and Tony!

2/6/23 This was a fantastic group of workers. Tony, Ashley, Lucas and Tristan. They worked well as a team. Very respectful towards us while working. We had a air ventilation issue where 3 rooms did not get proper amount of air. We have a Traine unit less than 5 years old. It had not been properly vented. This crew did amazing work. Cleaned up when finished. Very friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company. It was a welcome change having such great service. Good price for the days work

I’m changing my review back to a 5 star review for 5star air. I have used this company for several years and never had a negative experience. I was told by the manager that the tech we had was new and they would honor the prices and the mistake made by the tech.
Oscar failed to explain the charges on our bill.
I realized all this when seeing the receipt and found he’d added in a maintenance plan I didn’t ask for or agree too. The charge for the service we needed was half the amount of the bill but when I asked about it I was told that he miss-charged us for the actual service. Dan contacted me and said he would make things right and we could keep the maintenance plan too. Thanks for being an upstanding business !! We need more companies like this.

Matt from 5 Star AC was great. Fixed our issue quick and did some additional, badly needed service to get us through the summer. I highly recommend this company.

Matt Martin was my tech and he was incredibly helpful, honest, and solved our AC problems quickly. He was able to assess and address the issue for $600 less than a competitor quoted us and the competitor mentioned other issues that Matt deemed unnecessary. Because of him I will be using Five Star for all of my future HVAC needs. Thanks again Matt.

Five Star Air gets 5 stars. Called in the afternoon with an a/c issue, they were there the next morning. Chuck assessed the issue, had the parts on the truck, serviced and checked both of my units and was on his way - with cold a/c in the house. Excellent!

Phenomenal customer service! Very kind and communicative. Excellent work! Would recommend highly to anyone looking for AC repair or replacement! The between the fast response to come out and assess the situation of our failing AC unit, to getting us scheduled right away for installation, the wonderful install Team who worked non stop to get our unit in and up and running, to the follow up after the instal to help us figure out the thermostat not connecting to our wifi (which was fixed eight away) they made everything super easy on us considering our AC went out in the hottest part of the summer!

Matt was great! He came out to check over our 2 units and get us ready for winter. He found a couple minor issues and promptly dealt with them. He's very knowledgeable and respectful! Would definitely recommend him for your service needs.

Five star air is absolutely fantastic! I’ve known Tim Lime to be an honest man for over 30 years. The crew and people that he has hired and works with have been absolutely amazing. I could not ask for better service.

We needed a new AC and from the time of the quote to the install was super easy. The whole team was amazing. Chuck came out sooner than scheduled for our quote which worked in our favor since we were without a working AC. He was very helpful in giving us all the information on the different units so we could make an informed decision. Once we picked a unit, they were able to get us on the schedule ASAP. We felt so taken care of on the day of install. They had several techs out to assist to make sure everything was installed properly. Dan, the owner, even popped over to check on everything. The team was here a little longer than anticipated, but they wanted to do everything correctly which I appreciated. It was about 7:30pm by the time they finished and we got everything paid for. There was an issue with our card going through, but a quick call to the office got it taken care of. They truly will take care of you anytime of the day. The whole process was incredibly easy which felt good since a new AC unit isn’t a cheap purchase. We are happy to be in a house with working AC once again!

I was fortunate to meet the Five Star Air team at a home and garden show several years ago. Since then, Chuck has been servicing my air conditioner. It's like having someone in the family! He remembers from year to year what my concerns are, addresses them each time and gives great advise on what I should do to keep my house cooler in the summer. I highly recommend Chuck and his team!

Five Star and their installer/tech Gilbert have excellent customer service! We had an issue with our AC on Sunday and they were here within a couple of hours- quickly identified and fixed the issue! We ordered a new thermostat as well and Gilbert made sure he was the one to come back - install and set it up in the time frame he told us it would be done.

I would highly recommend them!!!

Five Star Air and Luis were great and took care of HVAC wiring issues for a client of ours. Now the client can be rest assured his climate control on his Savant system will run great.

Five Star is easily one of the best service providers I have had the pleasure of working with in the valley. Their technicians are always punctual and helpful. Our initial install was a fair price and the follow up has been stellar. I can't recommend them enough to be honest. Customer for life.

Chuck was friendly and very helpful, he took the time to explain the different functions of the unit and different models of units as well as what to expect with a system replacement. Called in the morning and he was out in the afternoon!

Adding that the install team did an AMAZING job, they were very friendly and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. Could not be more pleased with this company!
