I contacted H.A.R.E. to get custom filter kits built for my AC units. They took care of all the fabrication for the filters and mounting kit. Shann came out to the house and got these installed while helping me with some additional questions/concerns I had. Again, top notch customer service and communication. Thanks!
UPDATE: (2 years with H.A.R.E.) We continue to use H.A.R.E. for our regular maintenance and when repairs come up. They continue to do an absolute stellar job, not only with their work but their communication and professional conduct. We highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else.

My a/c went out and my warranty company was unable to get a contractor to us for a week. Being so hot, we couldn’t wait. HARE got me a same day appointment. Shann and Nathan were on time, letting me know prior to their arrival they were on their way. When they arrived -they worked quickly to solve the problem and were able to fix my a/c. Thank you!!

I called in the morning to see if I could schedule an appointment to get a check up of my AC unit since it will start heating up sooner rather than later. They came out that very same day! They are always prompt, courteous and affordable. We have been using HARE for several years and they have never sold me something that we didn't need or tried to get us to buy a new unit. H.A.R. E. was easy to contact and set up a convenient appointment. Technicians arrived on time and were knowledgeable about my system from previous experience with same floorplan homes in the area. Provided an efficient, factual and honest system servicing with no upselling. Preventive maintenance recommendation were provided with easily understood explanations. I will continue using them for my HVAC maintenance needs and recommend them to others.

We have a second home down in Northern Phoenix that we are at occasionally. I had an A/C unit that went out on me. I had to head back to Idaho and needed someone I could trust. A friend recommended H.A.R.E. They were wonderful. I worry about giving access to my home to people that I do not know. My friend assured me that they were very professional. I called them on a Sunday and actually talked with a real person!! They had a tech over at my house Monday Morning!! I was surprised at how reasonable the service call was. I will use H.A.R.E. anytime I need A/C work. I highly recommend them!! I trust them completely.

They answer they’re phone. Let you know when they’re running late. Showed up the same day. Very reasonable cost for an emergency visit. They were very responsive and able to fit me in the schedule the day I called! The Tech Shann was excellent and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem when 3 out 4 of my A/C units went down. They were able to give me a reasonable estimate the next day and fit me in the schedule again for repairs.

I was able to contact the company with an AC unit problem and they were able to come out and handle the issue same day.
