Pro Skill Tech Richard Willard did an outstanding job for us regarding the preventative maintenance and inspection service for our new HVAC system. Richard was polite, knowledgeable and very patient with us as we had a lot of questions regarding our new air conditioning unit. I would ask for his services again should the occasion arise.

The install team was great. Super friendly & knowledgeable guys. They helped me diagnose & fix a couple of minor unrelated electrical issues which was greatly appreciated. The entire team from the initial diagnosis, providing an estimate for a new system, install, office scheduling, making payment were all great and to work with.

I've had the same problem with my dryer vent not operating correctly for 20 years. I've had 3 different service companies come out to look at it and none of them could diagnose or fix the problem.

I finally happened upon ProSkill Services. They came out the day after I called them and had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes and totally repaired within a half hour. I was thrilled to get this long-standing problem fixed so quickly and for less than $300, I thought it was going to be much worse. The technicians were pleasant and knowledgeable. It was obvious that they cared about solving my problem and doing a good job, whereas the previous 3 companies couldn't get my money and get out the door fast enough.

Very good quality job leading a new water line through the garage wall and installing the salt-free water conditioner/descaler. The copper pipes were cut and positioned very meticulously.

Hayden and Ryan were great! They explained everything well and went out of their way to change batterie's in my smoke detectors.

Jose Chacon is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, professional and just a really nice person. He was able to solve our issue and then we signed on for needed servicing because of him.

Cody was very professional. His inspection was thorough and detailed, he provided us with photos of all his testing and he respected our home. He briefed us fully on the test results and offered us options for correcting shortcomings in the systems.

We had an issue with our A/C unit not draining properly. Weston came out and installed a pump to fix the issue...he was quick, knowledgeable and very friendly. We had an excellent experience and can't recommend him and ProSkill enough

I met with and received proposals from 5 different HVAC companies before selecting ProSkill. Two weeks ago they installed a Trane heat pump unit in our casita, and today they installed a 5 ton and 2 ton variable speed Trane units in our home. Both crews were very professional and did a very clean installation. All mountings, wiring etc is very professional. Crews were very friendly and communicated well.

One of my a/c units went out; both are 13+ years old. I found ProSkill Services on the Next Door app - they had great reviews and did not disappoint. Within five days of my initial phone call on a Thursday - I had new units installed and running by Tuesday. The initial rep was great and the 4-man crew that did the install were professional, on time, and hard working.

Also, just had them come by again to flush my water heaters. Again, great service, friendly reps, professional and fairly priced.

When I called ProSkill about installing a mini-split AC system, a representative came out that day and provided estimates as well. The crew that installed the system was polite, professional and efficient. They answered my questions, did a fantastic job and thoroughly cleaned up prior to departing. I highly recommend using ProSkill as your first choice for any HVAC service or repairs.

Gaije Gonzales was professional and polite the entire time he was here. He explained what he was going to do and when he finished he showed us what he had done, complete with pictures.
There was no mess left in the area he worked. We felt confident that he performed the job very well!

Aaron arrive on time and completed the job efficiently and all works well. We had a 12 year old Garbage disposal unit fail and ProSkill replaced and installed it. We have used them for years and find them to be reasonably priced and provide excellent service.
