All reviews for Arraz AC

We called Arraz in a panic when we moved in needing help- they sent someone out that evening! They were fabulous!!

Horacio came out to service my A/C unit and did an outstanding job. He quickly diagnosed the issue that was causing my system to stop working and explained everything clearly. What I appreciated most was how thorough and professional he was throughout the entire process.

After finding the problem, Horacio was able to fix it efficiently, and now my A/C is blowing cold air again. It’s a huge relief, especially in this Arizona heat! If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, and reliable to work on your A/C, I highly recommend Horacio. Great service and excellent work!

Horacio was very professional explained so I understand the problem it is very refreshing to have good service something you don't get these days I will tell my family and friends.

Horacio came at 830pm to take care of my A/C to get it at least running for a couple of days until we decided if we wanted a new A/C. We went ahead and did it and him his brother, and another employee came out on a holiday (4th of July) and put in a new A//c. He listened to every question I had and didn’t pressure into get a new A/C but gave me options. I truly appreciate there time and patience and I’m so glad I did it!

I highly recommend this company if you are on the fence about getting a new a/c unit. They had the best price out of three other companies that I called. Easy to work with, great communication, and professional. What more could you ask for!
