I am very pleased with these guys. They make you feel like a valued customer. They offer after-hour services and fixed our issue in a timely manner.

They are great! RJ spent time explaining the details of my AC system and showed up within about 2 hours of calling. I called after 5pm!! Best AC company to deal with!

My technician Ben was timely to my appointment and was very professional. Checked the A/C and heat pump to make sure everything was in working order. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Great experience highly recommend!!

MechaniCool is Great company and has a wonderful staff. The technician was 2 hours ahead of scheduled start time, found the issue, created a work around until the part arrives. I would highly recommend them.

We’ve used MechaniCool multiple times and are always happy with their work. They’re fast, knowledgeable, and professional. We’ll continue to call on them as the need arises. By being part of their Cool Club that should hopefully only be twice a year when they come to do a full inspection our HVAC systems.

They came the same day we called to repair our water heater. We are very happy with the work!

Called Mechanicool with a concern about our a/c. We had been out of town for five days. Set our a/c to 84 degrees while we were gone. Lowered our temperature back to 80 degrees when we got home. The bedroom cooled down right away but the other rooms cooled down only one degree after being on for eight hours. Called Mechanicool they came right out and checked the a/c. They checked everything out and said everything was fine. This is common with this
type of a/c. Takes longer to cool down rooms. Next morning every room was cool and everything is fine. No charge to us for coming out to check a/c.

Decided to sign up with MechaniCool for their annual maintenance program. Owned the house since new and been here just over 3 years. The builders A/C company, Reeis, has given such poor customer service. I've had 3 Honeywell T6 thermostats go out since living in the house. Reeis warrantied one, but when the other ones died they said the warranty expired. That is a lie, because the thermostats have a 5 year warranty when installed by an A/C contractor. MechaniCool came and inspected the system. They warrantied out the 3rd Thermostat. I had already bought and changed the 2nd thermostat.
They also found a new part up in the attic that was never installed by Reeis. They installed the part for me. If you're looking for a reliable A/C company, I highly recommend them.

We decided to join their Cool Club and it has been great! Had them come out in almost a moments notice to address an issue that another company pretty much was oblivious to… fortunately a simple issue, but how the previous company missed it is beyond me! Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!
