Father and son team arrived very promptly after being contacted early in the morning and were able to troubleshoot and fix the unit by 10 AM. Very satisfied with their service and grateful for avoiding heat stressing 91 yr. old mom.

My central air heater went out and I reprogrammed the control but I was unsuccessful. Called Sun Air and they arrived in less than an hour. Scott and his son Seth troubleshoot everything and was able to find the problem and fixed it. From now on, Sun Air is my go to for HVAC service. I tried but it's best to leave it to professionals.

Highly recommend very down to earth, knowledgeable friendly and this is my 2nd time using them, other family members that use them as well, the project they did today wasn't supposed to be possible but they figured out a way! Very reasonable price! Thank you!

We suddenly lost AC on Memorial Day holiday. they were out quickly, fixed us up for a very reasonable price and we had cold air blowing before we even had time to stress about it.

Scott was a lifesaver today when I called in a panic, 113 degrees and the a.c. went out! He showed up within 30 minutes, friendly as can be, got us all fixed and it was very reasonably priced! Cannot be more pleased, highly recommend. Thank you again!

Arrived within an hour of calling. Diagnosed the problem and was able to swap out a part with one he had available on site. Had cool air flowing in no time at all. Price was fair and reasonable. Would recommend these guys to anybody experiencing ac problems.

The death of an AC in the desert can cause a panic… who to contact can add to that panic… Scott from Sun Services calmed the panic! Placed the call at 7:30 AM and by 9:30 they were on site. It was an easy fix and AC was up and running. Highly recommend this business!

HVAC stopped working and we were expecting 100 degree weather within the next few days. Scott answered my phone call right away and was out within a few hours! Sun Air Services took care of three of my homes in one day. They were dedicated to make sure I was squared away for the HOT summer ahead. Quickly identified a problem with one of the units and fixed it on the spot at a fear price.

When our AC went out we were in trouble because, being new to Apache Junction, we didn’t know any AC companies. I chose Scott and Sun Air because they only had 5 Star reviews on Google! This is rare, but Scott lived up to his reputation. He worked us in the day I called and he and his son got our AC working again. The repair was done professionally and for a fair price. Scott and Sun Air are now my go to AC company.

We've used Scott for the three years since we moved into the area. He's responsive, fixes the problem, and doesn't try to upsell any unnecessary work. Plus, Scott's a nice guy and provided an excellent local restaurant recommendation; what more could you ask for from a HVAC specialist?

This is a factual posting with supporting data. The A/C went down during Labor Day weekend while a family of 3 young children suffered through the heat and humidity for 4 days. The original A/C company sent by Select Home Warranty, xxxxxxxx Refrigeration, dismissed it as a thermostat setting problem and collected the deductible and service charge and left. When called back the next day because the unit failed to perform, the same service guy refused to fix unless further paid an additional $475 for the part/service he failed to provide the first time. He just left.

After multiple discussions with Select Home Warranty, their constant responses was evident that they wanted to avoid fixing this A/C. The consistent reply from two representatives was that it required prior approval which would take the next 48 hrs, resulting in a total of six days and the young children enduring Phoenix summer heat.

Total time wasted of calling, waiting and debating between the two companies to get proper repairs was hours between multiple days. So frustrating.

I finally contacted Scott at Sun Air Services at 1:29 pm. He was courteous and sincerely concerned about the kids and heat. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem by 2:05 pm as a circuit board. Scott completed all the work by 2:55 pm with the unit further inspected, fully charged and still running efficiently as of this writing. He left by 3:03 pm.

Total time spent = 1 hour. Total cost = approx. 28% of the price the original A/C company would have collected for the two service visits and final repair ... and, actually less than half of the Select Home Warranty I am uselessly paying for yearly.

I sincerely thank Scott for his courtesy, timely response and, most of all, honest and straightforward work. It is getting more difficult to find decent professional help like Scott. I cannot recommend him highly enough for what he did for me and the young kids.

Scott came within 1/2 hour. Scott was clean and new how to fix my air conditioning.
Attitude was very good. Sensitive to my problem. Said exactly what was wrong.

Scott is super friendly and an expert in his field. He didn't just come out and service my AC, he informed me on what I could do to make it last longer. He genuinely seems to care about what he does and isn't just in it to make a buck. He was a great conversationalist and was also very friendly to my curious dog, which speaks volumes about him, if you ask me. Today was my first experience with Sun Air Services, but it will not be my last.

Scott was prompt in arriving at our home today to take a look at the problem with the new mini split we had installed. It was a simple leak that required his expertise in repairing as well as clearing the lines and refilling with freone. In about 2 hours he was finished and on his way and our new unit is running again! When we install the second mini split, we will be sure to call him ahead of time to prevent this problem! We highly recommend Scott and his company.

I couldn’t have asked for faster & better service! They were there with an hour of my call for help! Installed a new a/c unit within 24 hours! They were Awesome 👍Very friendly, honest & professional ! I will absolutely recommend them to everyone!! I would add more stars if I could.

Our A/C fan stopped working at 3pm on a Friday afternoon with temps in the high 80s. We are new to the area so didn't know who to call. We checked Google reviews and found Sun Air Services had a 5 star review so gave them a call. They said they could make it in about 90 minutes. Within an hour, Scott and Seth arrived, listened to us explain the "symptoms," did some troubleshooting, and they found the capacitor needed to be replaced. Within 10 minutes of their arrival, our vents were blowing cold air again! They were both professional and friendly, timely, and, I believe, fairly priced based on the average charges for having a capacitor replaced professionally. Highly recommend!

Both gentlemen where very professional. We called on a Sunday, called right back came out asap fixed the problem in a very professional manner. We will be using Sun Air help maintain our AC, I recommend using this company. Job well done boys. A+
