This guy is awesome! Called on a Saturday afternoon regarding an urgent septic tank issue after trying to reach 4-5 other companies with no luck. Steve said he could be here the following morning( Sunday) and was even able to show up earlier. Very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on septic tank function and how to take care of the system. Completed a pumping and had us sittin pretty again. Can’t say enough good about his service!! Will only be calling him from now on!! Thanks sir.

OH WOW I CANT THANK THIS COMPANY ENOUGH. Had my septic pumped and this man got me unclogged and in good shape. Didn't charge anything extra and he super friendly (Steve). The Price is below every other quote I got and I got 6 quotes. We're talking 200 to 400 below the other companies. Please take this advice and use Steve at Prospector. Oh, also hes a septic inspector so your in good hands and hes definately not greedy. Awesome experience! Will be a customer for life!

Called Prospector for septic service and certificate to make an appointment. Was able to get my service done the next day. Was quick and great service. Price was affordable. Will use them again when I need service.

Called other pump companies in Apache Junction but they didn't have any availability for over 2 weeks! Spoke to Steve and he was crazy busy but may be able to fit me in due to my circumstance. Came out and found the issue and got things working again. Got line working and septic pumped and was extremely reasonable and I didn't have to wait over 2 weeks. I would recommend him!

Showed up on a Sunday AM in less than 2 hours. Gave me a ton of knowledge on how to best maintain my septic system. Great company that really does know what they are doing.

We needed a last minute septic inspection for a VA loan. Steve was at our place the same day I called to check out the area and was able to be back out the next day to do the inspection. It wasn't a "smooth sailing" location but they handled it great, kept us on track with paperwork. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or septic service.
