I have been using Bisbee Plumbing since purchasing a fixer in Bisbee in 2017 and they have been amazing - they always show up and its very easy to schedule time with them - def recommend

We have had Bisbee Plumbing do two jobs for us. They were very professional and their work was well done. We will use them again!

Bisbee Plumbing scheduled their work to coincide with the arborist removing a tree stump and roots that were entangled in the water main. Working together, the stump and all roots were removed and the water line replaced with minimal disruption of service. The next visit, they rerouted the remote line under our circa 1902 building. It is on the National Historic Register, and they were respectful of our need to preserve the esthetics of the building while upgrading the service. Great team! Hats off to Salvatore, Emmanuel, David and Daniel!

Such a great company to do business with. They did a lot of work for us. They installed new toilets, new faucets, new shower hardware and a new whole house water filtration system. I couldn't of asked for better service. These guys will now be on my Christmas Card list.

I recently bought a home in Bisbee. It’s an older home that was originally built in 1914. The plumbing in the home is very old. I hired Bisbee Plumbing to get some critical repairs done. Part of this was to replace the aged water heater located in the kitchen. They also relocated the water heater to the wash room at the rear of the house. They also replaced the main water valve. Bisbee Plumbing did an excellent job at reasonable rates. I will definitely call Bisbee Plumbing for my plumbing needs, ‘Thumbs Up’ to Bisbee Plumbing!

Salvador and his team are wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, honest and forthright, considerate of owners and tenants, get the job done right the first time and in a timely manner. I get updates of any unexpected complications as they happen with any additional costs explained to me.

I’ve Used Bisbee plumbing several time and they have always been very responsive and professional. They arrived when they said they would and always fixed the problem. Their prices were fair and the workers were polite and knowledgeable. I always feel confident in their work.

Bisbee Plumbing a family owned and operated business, where thoroughly professional. When they scheduled appointment times they stuck to them and showed up on time... Being that my home is listed both on the State and National Historic registry, they understood the need to maintain structural integrity and worked with me in dealing with my Home Warranty Company, whom insisted on tearing through walls and original wood flooring to find numerous leaks... The staff at Bisbee Plumbing provided a detai plan to mitigate any great damage which could have run in the 10s of thousands of dollars to restore my house to it's original condition... They instead devised a plan to replace the leaking gas lines in their entirety with minimal damage and they didn't close out the invoice until both the City of Bisbee Building inspector and the Gas Company approved the repairs... They are extremely courteous and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing done!

I emailed Bisbee Plumbing about water backing up into my sinks. I was called soon afterward for more information and to set an appointment. The plumbers came out on time and got right to work. They kept me informed of what they suspected might be the problem, their concerns and my options. I felt that they were being conservative with MY money (that was comforting) and were thinking of the potential inconvenience to my neighbors. In the end, they figured out the best way to fix the situation with the least amount of drama/trauma. Absolutely one of the best repair experiences I have ever had. I would recommend Bisbee Plumbing to anyone.

Step up Bisbee / Naco has used Bisbee Plumbing for several years. Salvador is such a kind man that he always goes out of his way to help the low income people that request assistance from Step up. Salvador is extremely knowledgeable and fair. All of his staff are professional and competent. I highly recommend him.

Bisbee plumbing has been a benefit to our home. From the professionalism on the phone to the skill of their staff providing their service. They are personable, reliable and skilled in the service they provide. They have done several jobs for us and we are never disappointed.

The company sends txt to keep customers informed on when they will arrive to do the work which is very helpful. The plumbers showed up on time did the work in good time and were professional. Unfortunately a small leak appeared 15 minutes after they left. I called but haven’t heard back 24 hours but they sent me this survey so I hope they call to come back and fix the drips. The photo shows where the drips were coming from the joints that have clear glue and no primer? The plumbers 3 showed up the next day and fixed the drips and leaks and all is again perfect and another fine day has begun. Thank you Bisbee Plumbers!👍

They work as a professional team and they really went out of their way for us! They followed up more than once on seeing that everything was correct and in working order to our satisfaction. In addition, once they were done they cleaned up after themselves where as if you had no idea they were ever here doing a job. David, one of the team leaders also was instrumental in helping us resolve a bit of damage issue which accidentally occurred during the service. That goes a long way with us and shows just how professional they are. They are first on our list for any future plumbing needs we may have.

We had a broken water pipe caused by freezing weather. I discovered it in the evening. We left BZB Pluming a voice message. The called the next morning and said they would service it that afternoon but actually came & replaced the pipe in late morning.

Bisbee Plumbing was quick to respond to a call I made, showing up just a couple hours afterwards even though they had a busy schedule. The plumbers that showed up quickly identified a few problems we had and I told them I was worried about expense. I told them what I could afford and they let me know how their progress was impacting the cost so there was no surprises at the end of the day. They were friendly and easy to work with, well prices, and quick. I don’t think there’s much more you can ask for. Will definitely use them again as we work on replumbing our house in the future.

Bisbee Plumbing was extremely professional, easy to get a hold of, and they stand by their work. We had them come out a couple of times and they were able to come out immediately and get the job done. A little pricey, but that's to be expected in a small town.
