Lazarus was amazing! He took his time and diagnosed the problem; spent as long as it took to fix the problem, and had it fixed for us the same day. He was polite and courteous, unlike Consolidated Mechanical whom was out the week prior and spent 15 minutes and misdiagnosed the problem. Thank you Efficient Air for being so professional. Give Lazarus a raise!!!! He deserves it. :)

We needed to get a new unit. Efficient Air has been servicing our previous unit so we asked for a quote. They were prompt and gave us a fair price for the unit they sell. They install Bryant air conditioners. Did some research. Of all the brands that are out there, only three are well built, reliable and have longevity. Bryant is one of those brands. Dennis and Manuel were the installers. They were professional and courteous and did a great job. I will continue to use Efficient Air for service and would recommend them to others. Keep up the great work.

Well all I can say is my Technician Lee was amazing.. You should never have to worry about getting fired. As a matter of fact. Someone give him a raise. He was a honest, professional and just overall great.. It's hard to find good people like him. 👍

I live in California and I have a second property in Arizona and doing Business with this company has been so easy from last year when they were sent out by my home warranty company so I decided to replace my unit since my compressor was out and was an older unit . I contacted them and the very next day they sent out a technician and they provided me with a quote for the unit without trying to upsell and work was performed as promised. If you live in Arizona call this company if your looking for great customer service and professional technicians , And at a reasonable price with some additional perks like maintenance on the unit with a 10 year warranty!
Its hard to find trustworthy companies and this company deserve 10 stars for their professional

Lee is great, honest, and always professional. I would not want a different company taking care of my AC units and furnaces. If Lee ever leaves, I don't know who I would go with, make sure you pay him and take care of him efficient air. He represents your company amazingly well.

Efficient Air was the service provider recommended by my home warranty company. Our home needed to have the air conditioning unit replaced and installed. Two technicians promptly arrived to our home on 6/7/22 as scheduled. They worked tirelessly to perform the needed tasks necessary for my AC installation. What most impressed me was how hard they worked despite the heat outside and within my attic. Upon completion of the AC installation, the technician advised me of the coverage associated with my new unit. Any other concerns we had were explained thoroughly by the technician. I would also like to thank Diana for the best costumer service. Buckeye Efficient Air is the best!!!

My houses thermostat was running hot in the evenings so they came out and fixed that pretty quickly I thought but I just spent $1077 to get my ac fixed and now it's not working at all so they sent another tech out the same day and he is going to charge my ac with refrigerant for free. So thank you Efficient Air for fixing the problem and not charging us anymore.

I picked Efficient Air to install a split system in our garage and maintain our home ac unit.They have fair prices for a maintenance contract. Efficient Air has proved they stand by there Contract for warranty and service calls.I had to make a service call on each unit at different times.
Fast response time and repaired both with no other problems.

Technician was most helpful and went beyond the call to help me have some AC in my home by bringing me a portable AC unit which he installed after normal working hours. One day later Bob and his partner installed my new unit and I was finally in a cool home. This company is one to call if you need AC help.

Jonathan was awesome. He diagnosed the problem and informed me of the issue and solution. I did not have this type of encounter with the 1st company that was sent out by the home warranty company. Jonathan also gave me some valuable information regarding a future replacement of my AC unit.Thanks for the great customer service.

Our A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called Efficient on a Friday night after hours. I received a call back within 15 mins. They scheduled me for the next day afternoon.

The next morning I received a call from Marco….said he could come out earlier that morning instead of the afternoon if I was available.

Marco had me fixed and running within 20 mins. Nice guy! All in all they serviced our unit in little over 12 hrs from our initial call!

Technician explained everything, took photos, gave advice on the air filter (mine is not very porous). I'd only scheduled an inspection, but he was able to stay to clean the unit. Very professional. As every technician has done since I bought the home in 2019, he offered the sale going on for a new unit. But I shall keep my 25 year old Trane going as long as it can.

Francisco correctly diagnosed a failed connector that a competing firm failed to see. He explained everything in terms we could understand and we’re very happy with his service. In addition, we signed up for a club membership. Thank you!

A refreshing service call! We are super happy to have a maintenance contract with this company. Armon did the work fast and efficiently, communicating with us as needed and discussed the results of his work along with a couple of recommendations.

I rarely write reviews, but had to in this case. Efficient Air has been great- my AC went out during the insane heat wave of 2023. I went through my home warranty, and Efficient Air was quick to contact me to get an appointment scheduled. My technician Lee was awesome: Friendly, professional, and timely. Definitely recommend.

I have American HOME Shield they sent out Efficient AIR. The tech was Lee to check it out and the diagnosis he found a leak in the evaporator coil. He was great and did a great job. When the part came in Bobby and Dennis were sent out to install it again great service a/c and heat are great. The office staff I spoke with Andrew was friendly and answered all my questions and one of the ladies I spoke with was also very polite. I would highly recommend this company.

Oscar, Danika , DJ and Miguel were all professional and easy to work with. Oscar and his team are fair, honest and really look out for their customers. Miguel and his install team did an amazing job, they kept a clean work area, were respectful, polite and friendly. We would definitely recommend Efficient Air and Oscar Manzo and his team.
