Two brothers Bradley and Brent were are service men. Friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. Local business with ties to the community. Took time to fully inspect my home and point out a number of things that required attention. Serviced everything same day. Assuming they changed their appointment plans to complete the large amount of work at my home. Also, serviced my neighbors issues the same day without them having an appointment. Two thumbs up.

Joey and Steven just finished replacing my old garbage disposal. As always, Joey is a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable and professional. Steven did a great job, efficient and clean, with a terrific finished effort.

Capstone Plumbing was fabulous to work with! After discovering a strange issue and sending them a video, they knew exactly what the problem was. They showed up when they said they would, they were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and they resolved the issue quickly. Finding a plumber, you can trust is not always easy, but they will have my business from here on out!

We were referred to Capstone Plumbing by a neighbor who highly recommended the company. In the past, we have called several plumbing companies, but have not been happy with their work or staff. Some didn’t call us back to confirm our appointment or didn’t show up at all. Steven from Capstone Plumbing was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, cleaned up after finishing the job and asked if we had questions. The office staff answers the phone! We HIGHLY recommend Capstone Plumbing and we will use them going forward.

Steven and Bradley are amazing. They came in and installed a tankless water heater, water conditioner and RO system. Were great even when we asked them to move where they originally mounted the water heater. They answered all our questions and provided tremendous service. Definitely use Capstone for your plumbing needs.

Steven , Bradley, and Joey came out to our home on three separate occasions. Each time they were professional, answered ALL and I mean ALL our questions. They were patient, took their time reviewing, assessing and evaluating all our concerns and requests. Explained everything so we had a clear understanding of everything purchased and installed. Took their time and tested and retested to ensure everything was and is working correctly.
Their kind and caring attitude and approach to us and the projects they completed is certainly a testament to how they operate and do business. It is refreshing and admirable that these gentlemen and this company, Capstone, is willing to go the extra mile; to pay careful attention to detail; and to educate and inform us with regard to preventative maintenance and ongoing care. They were respectful and ensured everything was clean before ending the projects. AND they FaceTime me to ask questions and to be certain what I wanted (was not present because our dog had surgery). As you read this review I am very happy very pleased and do not have enough words to express the gratitude that Capstone and their team provided and truly deserve. And to echo my husband, Bob, Definitely use Capstone for your plumbing needs. They are by far outstanding!!!
