I found victor from googling repairs near me he was on his way to grab his daughter from volleyball practice and said he could stop by to take a look I had made a complete mess of the oven trying to fix it myself and victor fixed it like it was nothing im so grateful I found him I’m keeping his card, go no where else Thanks again victor!

We needed help with our Samsung refrigerator on a Sunday. I reached out to S Pro on that Sunday morning. Victor was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He explained the error with the refrigerator, quickly corrected the issue and how to avoid from having it repeat. I would definitely recommend S Pro and Victor for any household appliance needs. Called for broken refrigerator ice maker, which had been out of service for a long time either in storage or not connected to water when pulled out of storage. Response to my Thumbtack broadcast for service was prompt; service appointment was quickly scheduled. Victor (SPro) arrived promptly diagnosed the problem (not part swapping or guessing but methodically determined which parts were bad). Replaced the ice maker with an OEM factory part for a reasonable parts and labor cost. Delighted with the service, responsiveness, and speed and accuracy of repair. Refrigerator is prolifically making ice again.

Victor was very prompt and honest. He spent a lot of time to fix our washer because our clothes are still wet after wash. He replaced the actuator but also found that a major part (transmission)also needs to be replaced. He recommended to us to just buy a new washer because it is not worth it to replace the transmission for a 5 year old top loading whirlpool washer. Victor only charged me for the service call and took out the actuator replacement labor cost. I like it that he was honest and only charged me for what he thought was the initial issue. Others might not do what Victor did which was honest.
