Luke showed up and immediately identified a problem. The symptoms were cut in half but he did not charge me. expecting a return service call from Luke and expecting the problem will be completely resolved.

I had a break in my underground pic pipes and left a message on Sunday. Luke from Down Under called me Monday, and was at my house early Tuesday morning. My pipes were repaired that day! We had even agreed on a fair price, but Luke found an additional broken pipe and repaired that as well with no additional charge.

Luke is a master at caring for pools and truly a pleasant person to know. I am so thankful I found him in my frustrated search for a competent and reasonable service. He has a smaller route that he used to. If you're lucky, you will be in his boundaries. Don't hesitate to call him! You won't regret it!

I have had Down Under Pool Care for about six years. They do a great job and are dependable, which I really appreciate. Luke has always kept my pool running and when I call him he responds quickly, and get things fixed or replaced. I really appreciate his service.

Luke and his crew at Down Under Pool Care are Amazing!! I've gone through several different pool companies in the valley and Down Under is leaps and bounds better than the rest. My pool is cleaner than it has ever been. Any problems, repairs, or other concerns are addressed by Luke the owner directly and promptly responded too. The service techs are professional and reliable. You can't go wrong with them.

Luke and his crew are amazing! I was in the process of selling my house and needed some work done on my pool to get it ready to sell. Several companies came in to give me estimates and they were astronomical and wanted to fix things that didn't need to be done. Luke gave me a fair price and told me what really needed to be fixed and what didn't. He and his team were professional and did an amazing job at getting everything fixed and in working order. Most of all, they finished everything quickly like they said they would. I highly recommend them!

Down Under Pool Care has done a fantastic job for us with any of the miscellaneous issues we have had come up with our pool.

Our in-floor cleaning system was not getting the pool as clean as it should have been. Down Under was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue which ended up being a minor fix.

We needed to drain and fill the pool and the charge was very reasonable. Every service we have had including a full pump replacement was reasonable. Great communication too.

Luke has taken our cartridge filters off site to clean and service them and brings them back clean which is awesome.

We are glad to have found Luke and would recommend him to anyone!

Best pool service we have had in 6 years! Luke identified and fixed an issue we were having in about 10 minutes after the previous service had made 3 trips with no success. I've since hired Luke for our weekly year round maintenance as well as for several upgrades and improvements we had been putting off for a long time. He is easy to reach, responsive and very knowledgeable. Without a doubt an ethical and hard working guy that wants to do right by his customers. Highly recommend!!
