Started a month ago with Viper Pools . Satisfied with the service provided . For concerns & questions Jessica always response . Will recommend to family & friends.

I just hired Jessica to help us with our pool calcium build up and to say she is FABULOUS is an understatement. She was extremely meticulous, hard working, and timely. It is so rare to find someone that is truly so professional and hard working.

Viper has done a good job and kept my pool clear and clean. Jessica does a great job with making sure the job gets done. Any time I had an issue I would reach out and it would get fixed. They got the job done and would recommend them

absolutely manic driver in one of their cars today right infront of the entrance to the 17 first heavy rain day here in a while and this guys playing chicken on the roads so disgusting almost crashed multiple times in the few minutes he was in my view

The worst of the worst. The manager jessica acts like she’s doing you a favor each week with a terrible attitude. Text messages go unanswered. Algae in the pool all summer. My pool hose was left on once all day flooding my backyard. The pool valve broke and the pool overflowed leaving me with a $500 water bill. I asked them to walk around my garden and instead I have them on camera walking through my garden. They would show up different days and times. Avoid at all costs. I am renting a house and the landlord eventually fired them after a summer of terrible service.

When I first started using this company they were great. And recently their services have gone down hill. My pool wouldn't be clean after they were done "cleaning" it. Now that I have stopped using them, I am getting all of these extra charges for services. Would have been nicer to have been charged for those as they did them instead of all of a sudden at the end. My new company has also discovered issues with my pool that Viper either didn't notice or decided to not tell me about. Won't be using them any longer and won't recommend them.

This company is disorganized and continually allowed the pool in my rental property to turn green. The tenant told the techs they were trying to get ahold of the owner to cancel service but they continued to show up and send invoices for putting tablets into a pool that they allowed to grow algee. You can even see the algee in their photos where it says it’s “sparkling clean”. I also had to have the pump replaced because their techs were constantly turning the system back on without priming the vacuum line and leaving with the pump running dry. This company and owner have no idea what they are doing and are not managing the business. It shows in how disorganized they are and the extremely poor level of service they provide.

This is far the worst company I have ever hired.
1. The book keeping is a mess. We are being charged a month that we didnt agree to be charged. Then we were charged tablets twice. Then Jessica(owner) said she was having an issue with the book keeping but was going to take it off but never did. We canceled our services almost a year ago just so she can send us another bill.
2. The rule of the company is 10-15 min of services and leave the pool as is. Whatever can be achieved in that time. Every cleaning the pool looked the same or slightly better than before they showed up.
3. The monthly payment will go up without a notice, text or email. Be aware.
4. You're not allowed to have anything floating on your pool or it wont get serviced.
Advice, look into another company.

Service started fine but quickly went downhill. Missed visits, poor maintenance, and charges for work never done. The pool developed algae, and even after canceling mid-month, I was billed for that month and the next. No response to calls or texts. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
