My air conditioning went out on the hottest day and the longest day of the year… PDQ was here PDQ and fixed it at a very reasonable rate. I am superbly happy with the service and will keep them on speed dial plus recommend to anyone who wants expert attention to their air conditioning.

I've had to call multiple times over the last few years. They have always been quick to make a service appointment and have sent the same guys who are familiar with the system and quickly fixed the issues for a reasonable cost. I would recommend to anyone.

Chase form PDQ came out same evening as we called, diagnosed the issue with our A/C unit. Understandably it couldn't be fixed last night but first thing this morning PDQ was on it contacting the manufacturer for warranty information and this evening we have cold air again.
A huge thank you to Chase and Joe for their professional work. There was no trying to up-sell on any of the process, just the facts and honest work.

Got a couple quotes for a full new AC and condenser. PDQ was the most competitive out of all of them. The install team was polite and considerate. They got the job done ahead of schedule and were careful not to damage anything. Dealing with the front office people was also easy. They were quick to answer any questions or concerns. Would recommend.

The technician arrived on time and was quick to complete his work. I was give a full rundown of the condition of my units and he made honest recommendations for what should be done. PDQ has been quick to answer and service calls I have had and always do quality work.

Chase arrived exactly when he said he would and was very professional and cordial. PDQ is and always has been a very honest and trustworthy company that we have used since we moved into our home over 25 years ago.

My AC would not turn off unless I put it 83 degrees. PDQ was recommended by another trades professional. I called PDQ and they worked with my warranty company and put in a new compressor. I am very comfortable AND my AC is quiet now. Chase was my AC-Tech and he was very kind, respectful and very helpful.

Roger at PDQ was prompt and thorough. He was able to diagnose, get the part, and fix the problem in about 24 hours total. The price was fair and we didn't have to pay until we were satisfied with the work. So much better than the last company we dealt with!

PDQ is an air conditioning company you can trust. The people who answer the phones are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They sent a technician to my house the same day and fixed our problems quickly. They even returned the following day to make sure everything was working. Highly recommend!

PDQ Mechanical was recommended by a friend who only gives recommendations for services that are excellent. We had two 20+ year old HVAC units replaced. The tech and crew that replaced the units were great. The new systems are so much better than the systems that were replaced.

Roger was on time and thorough. He explained what he found on evaluation and made the changes needed to ensure our HVAC system was running optimally. I always recommend PDQ.

PDQ was great to work with, they took care of following up with the manufacturer of our AC unit to confirm the unit was still under warranty and secured the warranted parts to do the repair. I felt confident in the repair tech that came out to assess our units, he took the time to explain things in plain English and coordination and follow up from the office staff was great.

Very prompt arrival. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Very quickly did the necessary part replacement. I asked for an explanation as I wanted to learn what was wrong. Joe gave a very clear non-defensive explanation. Reassured my unit was working well after part replacement. PDQ met all my expectations. Love PDQ. ♥️
