We use Peak Landscape for several of the communities that we manage and are always very satisfied with their work. Not only are they attentive to the Community Board of Directors and homeowner's wants and needs, but they diligently work hard to achieve the ideas and goals that are set before them. I would definitely recommend Peak Landscape for any landscaping need!

Buyer Beware!!!

Peak Landscaping is not a reputable contractor. The Bottom line up-front is my trees are dying after just a couple months of being planted and he won’t respond. I had to pay experts (an Arborist and a more experienced landscaper) to to show me what is going on and how poor the job was (bad design, cheap inferior materials, etc). He put the big trees on the same irrigation line as the small plants and shrubs with vastly different watering/frequency requirements!! The experts (I had to pay BTW) pointed this out within minutes of being there saying ...”this is just basic landscaping stuff”. He planted trees too deep in ground; he planted large growing plants too close together; didn’t put a pressure regulator in and now the water pressure blows the nozzle off one of my lines such that I now have basically an open line pouring water out - an emergency. I called/texted/emailed on this and he didn’t even bother to respond. This is basic stuff any experienced landscapers knows (or he just doesn’t care).

On top of everything else, the head of Peak Landscaping is not only incompetent but also dishonest. He did not provide me promised map of all the plants/trees by name. He promised this to get the job but I don’t think ever had any intention of providing it. He also does not meet committed appointments (over and over again). Won’t respond to email, voicemail, text, etc. Basically as soon as he gets his money he’s gone.

So, half of my plants/ trees are dead or dying and I have the wrong irrigation system to keep them alive. He also substituted materials and plants on his own ( I suspect for some benefit on his side). Early on we had numerous discussions on this very point but I always let him off the hook. Told him he should be paying better attention to the customer- this should have been a big red flag for me to pick-up on. This was a large/expensive job that I’m now left with long list of issues to deal with (and pay for) and he’s gone to his next job!

Holy smokes I know it’s just bushes and trees but can I get some damn service. My HOA MENDOCINO SWITCHED OVER TO THIS BUM COMPANY ABOUT 2-3 months ago from moonlight landscaping they must have been way cheaper. Bushes have grown over 5 feet I had to cut the shit myself

Omar Monarez, a landscape supervisor at Peak Landscape, was paid to do some tree trimming and removal on June 17, 2024. I paid him $1000 in cash and he only did $325 worth and did not complete the work. Since then I have texted and called leaving message after message to receive no reply from him. I thought he was trustworthy as he had done many side jobs for me in the past but never one this expensive. Now my HOA is on my back for the work not done. I would appreciate some disciplinary measure taken by Peak Landscape
in speaking to Omar about completing this job.

Just had someone in one of their trucks run a red light, almost cause an accident, then try to merge into me and blame me for already being in the the lane they wanted to be, so then they tailgated me with less than 2 feet for almost a mile.

All this in a branded truck. Crazy!

If ownership is interested (I know I would be for my biz’s) it was on Alma school headed south at about 9:10 am today.

If that guy wants to meet up anytime soon to talk about this like a man, instead of road rage weenie, let me know when and where :)

DO NOT USE PEAK LANDSCAPE!!! Their employees are rude and disrespectful! They cut my neighbors yard and parked behind my vehicle. I politely asked them to move so I could back up. When they did not, I honked my horn. The driver responded by looking at me and opening his car door instead. DO NOT USE PEAK LANDSCAPE!! Their employees are rude, disrespectful, and outright bullying attempts. Do not use them!!!!!!!!

Why do you people leave your vehicles running so long? This morning I went to Valencia park. It’s cool and cloudy 64 degrees. He ran the truck before I got there and the entire time I walked around about 20 minutes!!! Polluting the air and wasting resources!

Have no idea how their landscaping is as I would never call them due to the terrible driving I just experienced from one of their drivers. Extremely rude and did not communicate that he was going to cut me off in a school zone and then proceed to speed. Services start at the beginning.
