We called element plumbing when the sink and toilet in our Chandler home was leaking. They came out, fixed it and were really great! Professional and friendly. We will def call them again next time!

We had a late-night plumbing emergency and were exceedingly happy with the customer service, work and bill we received from Element Plumbing. Their prices are excellent--and so is their work. We wouldn't call anyone else!

I hired this company to help fix some issues that popped up on my inspection report on the new house I bought here in AZ. From start to finish working with them was super easy. Rob was extremely kind and professional and very clearly knows his stuff and has the experience and knowledge to be able to troubleshoot any issue. I would recommend this company a million times over.

This is a second time i called Rob for my plumbing issues. He did an amazing job fixing my water in the shower. Today i called him about hooking up my new fridge and adding a water line. Rob explained me everything and end up going in the addict to add additional piping to run my water line to my new fridge. Everything works great and price was very fair. I would definitely hire Rob again for any of my plumbing issues.

We have had Element Plumbing Services work on a multiple issues. Every time we called, we always had prompt and efficient results. They are definitely my plumber of choice. I wish I felt the same confidence with other contractors. Maybe Element Plumbing should expand into electrical work as well.

If I could give 6 stars I would. This was the fourth plumbing service we called for issues with pipes knocking in our walls. The other three were unable to fix it and only offered solutions that were expensive, didn’t have answers, or wanted to re-pipe an entire side of the house. Rob came and I could tell right away he knew more than any of the others. He walked around the whole house troubleshooting and listening to the pipes to try and find a solution. He was the first to actually ask questions and talk to us about what he thought it was. After YEARS of pipes knocking in the walls every time water would shut off we finally found a solution and fixed it without major costly and unnecessary renovations. Rob’s expertise and willingness to problem solve and critically think will be why we use this company in the future and recommend to friends and neighbors! Thank you for a peace of mind!

Rob and Jen are owner/operators of this plumbing company and are great at operating their local business. Rob did not charge to us to come and look at the job and gave an honest estimate without trying to gouge us or upsell the job. He was informative and did the plumbing job professionally and quickly. If we ever need more plumbing jobs done, which we will, I will definitely calling on them.

This review is for Element Plumbing LLC. Jen and Rob are a dynamic duo and wonderful people. I was referred to them by my cabinet maker for a primary bath remodel. He replaced my pressures reducing valve at the front of house where the water comes in, replaces all my hose bibs, replaced my hot water heater, back flow valve for my sump pump, installed my fixtures on vanity and repaired and set my toilet on my new tile floor. Late ex-husband was an awesome plumber but Rob is the gold standard. I was super pleased with his work and his value for the prices charged.

Element Plumbing went above and beyond to replace our busted hot water tank! Prompt, professional service, transparent pricing, no upselling, very happy with our new water heater. We'll definitely be using them again!

They saved my day! I had asked them to help with repairs at my rental properties, but we had never met in person. Finally, it was my own home that needed help. This morning, the shaft of my shower handle broke while I was taking a shower, and I couldn’t turn off the water. I had no choice but to shut off the water supply to the whole house.

After I called Jen, she was incredibly thoughtful and arranged for Rob to come over the same day. Because of the unique wall structure in my house, Rob was able to precisely assess the internal layout and informed me that it would be impossible to access the plumbing from the other side of the wall. The only option was to cut into the tile.

But my tiles are very old and almost impossible to match. So Rob started working his magic — he carefully made the smallest possible opening, installed the valve in a very tight space, and used the base plate of the new handle to perfectly cover the hole.

He worked for a full 4 hours. He didn’t have to go to such far — he could’ve just cut the tile, installed the valve, and left me staring at an exposed wall. I truly admire his professionalism and patience.
