On Monday, we experienced a serious stoppage in one of the toilets, which eventually caused it to overflow into both our showers. Needless to say, when the wife cannot use the restroom or take a shower, it becomes a serious emergency. They came out the first time and did an excellent job in clearing the stoppage. However, while scoping the pipes with a camera, they indicated that the pipes needed to be hydrojetted to thoroughly clean out the built-up materials, which would cost more money. After shopping their prices with three other companies, I hired them to do so and they provided a 1-year guarantee. Their techs were professional and cleaned up after they completed their work. Hiring an honest contractor is always a challenge. If & when I ever experience a plumbing issue, the only company I will hire is Ez Flow Plumbing and I highly recommend them.

Kenneth is great . Honest, professional,great customer service. Also Lynnette and Christy are great to handling the call and back to you fast . I’m happy with this company and of course keep having them for my house plumbing.

Had a pedestal sink that was cracked and needed to be replaced with a new sink and faucet that we had purchased. Greg was our service technician. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail before starting. When he removed the sink and found additional parts that could use updating, he stopped and gave me all the options first. Greg worked hard from beginning to end, and did it in a way that didn’t interrupt the daily routine of the household. When it was all done, we had a beautiful new sink/faucet installed and with almost no impact on the surrounding wall area. All we’ll need to do is some minor paint touch ups. Highly recommend this company.

Rob came out and was super knowledgeable and helpful. They wore booties inside which was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated by my wife. Very impressed and would definitely recommend!

EZ Flow installed a new toilet in our master bath. Michael our technician was professional yet personable. He did a great job & cleaned up afterwards. I was also impressed with Lynette in customer service. She “introduced” me to this family owned company and philosophy. EZ Flow Plumbing will be my go-to for any future plumbing needs! Christy was great. Talk to the owner to get service for us. Spencer called to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived went right to work. Gave us an estimate tested the water. Located the leak and made the repair. He then contacted the remediation company. Spencer was very knowledgeable and courteous. Overall a great experience.

The entire experience from making the appointment to the actual repair was handled in a professional manner. Received updates by text and email when the technician would be there along with a brief profile of the technician along with a photo. The technician Mathew was thorough, professional, courteous, and efficient.
Will be my go to for any plumbing needs in the future. Thank you

I have had issues finding a plumber in the Metro Phoenix area for 2 years. Unfortunately, I had a water main break in front of my condo. Fortunately though Google led me to EZ Flow Plumbing and Michael came to save the day. He was able to get an assessment which originally looked pretty bleak and expensive, but he was able to find a solution to fix it. He came back the next day with Paul and fixed the issue along with another small issue I had. They truly went above and beyond for service and I can't be more appreciative for them and also the quality of service I received. I will definitely be using this company in the future for a few other things from our home inspection. I'm truly glad I found this company and very glad Michael was able to help. I cannot sing my praises enough! Thank you.

First off… they scheduled my appointment even though it was after normal business hours - great customer service from Lynette. Then they dispatched Michael early the nest day and he was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and courteous - providing multiple options to resolve my issue. He provided exceptional service in a timely manner. Look no where else… this is your professional plumbing service.

I had my old Watersoftener replaced with a new model and the installation was completed on time with a great crew who were excellent and had a special set of skills that were on display. So happy that I called this team.

Great experience! I called and within a half hour they were here working on it. Matthew was great and very detailed in explaining the process. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Our garbage disposal started leaking and we were unaware as the base of the cabinet had started to cave in and it was holding the water. We called EZ Flow and they were able to come out the same day. My husband had a work call so I was by myself while McKay and Matthew came to fix the disposal. To start they sent a text with McKay's face and personal background so I knew who was coming. Once here, they had changed the garbage disposal in less than an hour. Service was great and resolution was quick!

My tankless water heater was slowly leaking along the hot water out line, so I called EZ Flow plumbing to take a look. Lynette answered right away and after I explained my issue, she said she could get someone out the same day!
The plumber, Logan arrived in less than 45 minutes, took a look, then called the manufacturer since it was still under warranty. They first talked about the many parts for repair, but they decided that a full replacement would be better. Logan called around and found a local replacement unit, but it was on the other side of Phoenix, so we rescheduled the install for the next morning. No big deal, the water leak was very slow.
The next morning Logan arrived with the new unit and got it installed in 2 hours.
Logan did a great job on the install and we had hot water again! Logan is very knowledgeable, polite and answered all my questions.
The next time I need a plumber, I will ask for him specifically and wait until he is available
