Far and away the best pool service I have ever had! Our cleaner, Russ, is reliable and has great attention to detail. Jeremiah and Ben in the home office are also a pleasure to deal with when issues arise.

I would like to thank Ben and the team at Off The Deep End Pool Service for setting up our Glacier Pool Cooler in Florida. My husband and I purchased a home that had a Glacier Pool Cooler, but we didn't know how to use it. After multiple attempts to find a dealer/maintenance company in Florida, I began reaching out to companies in AZ where the Glacier Pool Coolers are distributed. Ben quickly returned my call. We FaceTimed and he knew exactly what to do to get the Cooler going. These guys are highly knowledgeable and professional and go the extra mile. I highly recommend Off The Deep End Pool Service.

They took total care of my pool to acid wash and bead blasted tile and got it all set up for the summer. Great family owned business that cares about their product and services.

What a wonderful pool service company. Consistency is the key and Off the Deep End Pool Service excels at it. Weekly service always takes place and if there is ever an issue, it’s communicated prior. Maintenance and any improvements/repairs are never a disappointment. They really separate themselves from the competition.

This highly recommend this excellent service. I now have a splendid sparkling clean pool on a regular basis with no worries. I used to take care of my pool by myself - cleaning and checking the water balance. The service provided buy Off the Deep End makes my personal previous efforts look very amateurish. We were referred to Jeff and Ben by neighbors after needing a new pool service because our current guy was not taking care of business and clearly packed thorough knowledge of pool systems.
Off the Deep End responded quickly, and immediately demonstrated their knowledge and skill set in this arena. They were able to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose problems with the system.
They showed up less than a week later and fixed the issues.
Then Jeff asked up personally and gave our pool a hell of a makeover to get it back to crystal blue water in just under a day. He personally vacuumed and scrubbed it, treated it with chemicals and made it sparkle.

These guys are worth it.

These guys were great! I called after hours which sent me to customer service via text. I sent over a couple pictures and they came out a day later to fix it. Very fair price and high quality of work - thank you, Nestor! You folks were all superb.

Off the Deep End Pool Service is amazing! 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️They were a referral from our realtor when we purchased our first pool home! They were responsive, communicative and educational. They have everything rolled into standard pricing and when we got our service they emailed a report of what the chemical levels were, what they did to treat amd what they recomend to do, with a pic.

I really love this company! We really went through it with our previous pool company - would show up on random days and times or not at all and the pool was constantly turning green. When we started with Off The Deep End our main filters were FILTHY-- turns out the last company hadn't done them at all! These guys send weekly emails after service with pictures, the chemicals added and tasks completed. The pool is always sparkling clean (unless there's been a storm in which they work diligently to get back to looking good). The front office is also great and keeps us informed of any changes, etc. Shout out to Devan for keeping the pool looking great and being so reliable!

Use Off The Deep End. You will not regret it!

Had OTDE out for a few different reasons recently and man, they were awesome in every way.
Switched out my sand filter for a cartridge filter and they had the job completed in no time at all. Needed to drain my pool and balance out chemicals and again, job was taken care of so quickly. I felt that the pricing for each job was very fair considering the quality of work and efficiency.

Shoutout Nestor and Ben, you both rock! Looking forward to doing work with OTDE again in the future.

We've worked with a number of pool companies over the years and never had such a great experience as we have had with Off the Deep End! We would highly recommend them to anyone who has a pool. They are very honest, knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and efficient.

In August, we discovered our pool pump was leaking. We called and talked to Ben, who was extremely helpful in answering all our questions. He even went the extra mile and offered to take a look at some photos we'd taken of our pump to better understand our situation. He also got us on the schedule very quickly.

Nestor, the technician, who repaired the leak by replacing the seals, was punctual, personable, and also very knowledgeable. He patiently gave us some education on our pool pump without making us feel talked down to. He worked efficiently without rushing the process. We haven't experienced any leaks from the pump since he replaced the seals.

Roughly 2 months after the service, we noticed a suction leak in the diverter valve. After doing some research, we called Ben to ask his professional opinion. We had anticipated possibly needing to replace the entire valve, but Ben advised us to start with replacing the o-rings before making such an expensive investment. He even provided us the part numbers for the o-rings. We were then able to fix the problem ourselves, spending $15 for the parts instead of hundreds for unnecessarily replacing an entire valve.

In the day and age, it is rare to come across such an outstanding company!

We started using weekly services with Off the Deep End after they completed a drain/fill of our pool. Our previous company wouldn’t show up as scheduled and let a lot of easily fixable items go unchecked. The same week we started services with Off the Deep End they added a skimmer door and repaired our vacuum. Our pool has never looked better. The techs always show up when they are scheduled and provide service reports after each visit. Very happy we switched companies.

Highly recommend Off the Deep End. I had them install a pool cooler last summer and it helped immensely in keeping the pool comfortable. They were quick, responsive, and professional during the process.

Yesterday, I noticed my valves going to the cooler got bumped out of alignment and was concerned it may damage my pump. I called and talked to Ben and we were able to correct the issue through text message and it is working perfectly. The level of service from Ben and Jeremiah was top notch!

We hired Off The Deep End to change the water in our pool at our vacation rental. It was hard to find a time between guests, but with great communication we got it done. They showed up and did everything that they promised. They answered all of my questions and addressed any of my concerns promptly. They were great to work with and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We switched our pool to a salt pool because of our son's allergies and his reaction after a day of swimming. Off the Deep End did a great job with the conversion. They also install the Pentair automation and it has been great controlling the pool system and light from my phone. Taking care of the pool is so easy I do it my self now.

4 month update. Off the Deep End is hands down the best pool service company we have ever had. The scheduling is consistent, the post service pictures are awesome, and the pool looks better than ever. The monthly price is slightly higher than others I have used in the past but this is a case of you get what you pay for.

I recently had my pool drained/acid washed and new pool light installed. Off the Deep End was awesome from start to finish. All the guys were friendly and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! So glad to have found them.. thanks Jeff, Ben and Nestor!

Used this company years ago for pool repairs at another house. Jeff always did a great job. Our current pool is now 5 years with old and needed a minor repair. They had someone out the next day and it was taken care of. Thanks guys for the ongoing excellent service.
