Late in the day shortly after the landscaping crew departed my home, I had no water. I checked the valve outside and found it turned off. When I turned it on, water gushed from the outside spigot. I could not turn the spigot off, so I was forced to shut the water off. I found Mark Hall through a Google search and called. His wife answered the phone and tracked him down. Mark was finishing a job about 10 miles away, and was at my house in 20 minutes. Mark isolated the problem within a minute. The landscapers - for some unknown reason - had removed the spigot and lost a part. They turned off the water without telling us. Mark replaced the spigot and had us back online within the hour. He and his wife are both very personable. I was VERY impressed with his rapid responsiveness in an age where it seems to take forever to get help when you need it most. I will forever use Mark Hall and his company for plumbing needs and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing service in the Eloy, Arizona area.

I had a very bad Lake on the main line. Due to a contractor working on my home. I called Hall's Plumbing and they responded urgently to fix the problem. He was very professional and got right to work and completed the job efficiently and very reasonable too! This company is Top Notch!! Definitely a favorite of mine.

UPDATE MARCH 2025: a couple of weeks ago we had sewer clogging issues again; tried to reach out to Halls, but they did not answer immediately and we ended up going with somebody else who answered quicker.

Halls returned my call the next morning, but we had already scheduled someone else. The other contractor came, did an incomplete job, and then would not guarantee the work when we had recurring issues a couple of weeks later. So we called Halls back, he took care of us faster and cheaper than the other guy, and gave us a 30-day guarantee. That kind of service is worth waiting for a call-back!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Saturday afternoon and my drains are backing up, showers filling with sewage- yikes! Mark was out within an hour or two- again, on a Saturday evening- took him all of twenty minutes to clear the drain. Fast and friendly service. As someone in a service industry myself, I would say that even with the after-hours markup the pricing was reasonable. Definitely will be our first call for any future drain issues.

Hall's Plumbing is the most wonderful business to work with. Mark is honest and fair and can diagnose a problem within minutes of his arrival. Another time we had an underground Plumbing problem where he had to crawl under the mobile home to repair it. He did it quickly and repaired the problem. We never had any issues with that again as the parts he used were top quality as well as his workmanship. His office manager is highly efficient and very friendly and jumped right on our problem the minute we called. Every time we have used Mark Hall we have had our problem resolved quickly. Have to give a tremendous shout out to Mark for a job done extremely well done!!! After the first Plumber quit in the middle of the job my wife got a hold of Halls Plumbing. Mark arrived shortly after an had the issue diagnosed in about 30 minutes. His knowledge and professionalism were 2nd to none. Halls now has a new customer. Before I forget, the bill for the job was very fair. Thanks again to Mark and everyone else at Halls.

Amazing. The gentleman was quick and completely professional. Job well done. Definitely a place to call if in need of any plumbing issues. We moved in to our house about a year and a half ago. Last week on Friday when my husband was cutting the weeds in the back that he noticed a very large puddle of water. Everyone knows that for here in Arizona, it's almost impossible to have a puddle a water that the dirt is literally muddy. Turned out we had a leak a very large leak since it was connected to the main water line. We called and called and here they answered not only that but since they couldn't help us the same day we were told of another place that we could call. So, because they actually recommended me to another plumber. I called them back after trying to get ahold of the other company which turns out they weren't available till Monday as well. So, I called Halls Plumbing again so they could out and look at it. So Monday came and here he was in less than 10 minutes he gave us an estimate and time it would be done. We made an appointment and he came today Tuesday morning. Less than an hour later. Done. The leak was repaired and we had running water once again. A complete pro. He made sure his work was done right and he used the correct materials unlike whoever installed it previously.
As you can see in the photos the before has different plastic and copper and as well as galvanized metal. Then the after when he fixed it.
Awesomeness.. Totally approve and right here in Eloy, Az.

Horrible experience the plumber lied and said he came to my home but did not. He said he was going on vacation so he couldn't come back, however he never came in the first place. The owner on the phone was very rude and not at all compassionate for the circumstances. Not recommended

Never showed up and never called or returns calls .I don't see hpw they got 5 stars
