Absolutely amazing!! I called to get a quote which was way better than anyone else, which included a warranty better than anyone else. My AC was up and running the next morning. I would definitely recommend anyone to them and I won’t go anywhere else if I need HVAC work done again.

System works very well. Exceeded my expectations.

Oh my goodness I have to say Matt and his team is absolutely amazing it’s nice and refreshing to find someone who’s honest and has integrity he literally saved us I have no words to describe how grateful I am this is a really good company if you have problems with your AC I would highly recommend Authorized Air cooling and heating and I have to say their prices was very reasonable.

Authorized Air did a maintenance check and cleaning on my mother's 10 year old unit..........Very reasonable cost, no hidden charges, and didn't try to up-sell me or anything. Then on the 5 year old unit at my house, I had them install a drain pan water switch to prevent water damage if the condensation drains ever get plugged on the attic unit in my house. Again, fast professional service, reasonable cost that they told me up front, and the tech. even showed me how I can easily clean the drain myself and save $$. Thanks Leo! Very friendly guy who knows what he's doing.

Authorized Air is a new company built by qualified and professional people with great work ethic. I am 100% satisfied with my mini split system. I recommend them without reservation.

Matt and Leo were able to fix a complex issue I was having with my mini split from a previous installer. They took extra time and care to figure out the problem and provided amazing service. They were on time, honest, came out very quickly, and are affordable. I am thankful to have found them and know I can rely on them to help me in the future with my minisplits.

Leo and Matt showed up right on time. They determined what was causing the problem with my HVAC system. It was repaired quickly and explained very well. No pressure to replace everything, which seems to be an industry standard. I recommend this company.

My system locked up and was economically totaled (beyond cost effective repair). I had more than 10 estimates from $11,500 to $27,000 for the replacement of my heat pump (A/C) 5-ton system (a collage of manufacturers, installers and system SEER ratings). I was minutes from putting a deposit down with another company, and I called Authorized Air LLC for one more estimate. I talked to Matt, and, well I'm glad I did. Not only was I able to talk the techie stuff with him, Matt provided a one day install at much lower price. Leo, one of the installers, was superb. It's been two months since install, and Leo stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. I am "a happy customer", so I treated Leo and Jack to dinner!
