Giovanni did a fantastic job and gave me very detailed information about my air conditioners. He also went out of his way to help me with my sink drain and I really appreciate the extra effort.

The quote for the screens seemed high. I was quoted 400 dollars each. The security door was a reasonable price. He was unable to quote the sliding screen door to the patio. I hope to get a good price.

Best experience ever! From the person, Eddie, who took the call to the installer, Jared. Kind, friendly, and quick. It was less than 24 hours from the time I called with the problem until the new compressor was put in and the cold air was blowing again!!! If they had 10 stars, I would give them 10 stars! Air conditioner completely broke down on a hot Sunday. Called Arcadia and Robert came in only an hour on a Sunday. Realized it could not be fixed. Next morning, Gunner installed the new one. Gunner was very professional and answered all of our questions. He is a hard worker and takes pride in the work he does. I highly recommend Arcadia Air and Plumbing. Giovani with Arcadia Air came out to give me a quote today on a mini split removal and was very thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable. He came up with a great plan to help me on this project.

Robert came today to help figure out why my heat pump wasn’t coming on. Checked the wires to the thermostat and he noticed when they installed it back in September, they had it set to gas heat and furnace. Switched it to electric and heat pump and it worked just like it should!

Our technician Edgar was very polite and respectful; he answered my questions and proceeded to do his work in a professional manner. Thank you for a job well done.

Richard arrived quickly to give me a second opinion on my AC unit. I was told we needed a new compressor for $5k or buy an entire new unit… He was able to diagnose the problem within :30 & fix it in under 2 hours, and all late in the evening. Compressor was not the issue & he saved us thousands of dollars & headaches…

Drew, the technician from "we fix it", showed up very quickly. He was very courteous and professional and got right to work to resolve our air conditioner issue. He found the problem and had it resolved in a short period of time. I would recommend "we fix it" for any air conditioning and heating repairs to any of my friends. Also I would recommend Drew, the tech, because it was refreshing to have a service rep that showed some professionalism and courtesy.

Showed up on time very courteous went to work right away replace I believe it was a capacitor and cleaned everything up afterwards. It was excellent service. I would highly recommend.

While driving from Wyoming to Phoenix on a Friday afternoon to see a new home my wife and I purchased, we found out the air conditioning unit wasn’t functioning properly. I called Arcadia Air & Plumbing and worked with Robert Patrick. He immediately went to the house and met our son there to diagnose the problem. He worked after hours to inspect the unit, diagnose the issue, and find a new blower motor so he could install and have the unit running before we arrived on Saturday at noon. Robert was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. We are very thankful for his help and professionalism.
