Shadrach Plumbing installed a new water softener for us. We also asked them to fix a few plumbing issues that we had been meaning to get done. Josh, the owner responded very quickly & sent Louis out to take a look. He was knowledgeable & offered different options for the softener along with his recommendations. We compared their prices with other companies & found Shadrach to be competitive. Louis was great in responding to our questions before the install. Yesterday we had the work completed & are happy to have soft water back! We would definitely use Shadrach again, in fact we’ve signed up for their maintenance plan. And a couple of minutes ago one of our neighbors asked for our plumbers contact details & we gave them the Shadrach number!

Anthony and his coworker or prompt and thorough as well as polite and courteous. They explained the process they were performing and of our for any questions that I had.

Daniel was excellent! Knowledgeable, thorough and does great work. Even the clean up! Shadrach is my #1 Plumber.

Very timely response and clean professional installation of two new hot water heaters and one recirculating pump to provide quicker hot water response. Also two buffer tanks to protect against possible over pressures. We were very pleased with friendly and knowledgeable technicians and their work ethic. Am going to use this company for my AC work also. Heartily recommend Josh and his crew members, Seth and Richard.

Shadrach plumbing responded to my request for in home humidification system. They offered competitive pricing , excellent knowledge, and professional installation. Project was completed on time ass this is a second home for us and we had a challenging time schedule. I highly recommend them!

On a Sunday we walked out into the garage to find the floor covered from the hot water heater. Truthfully we were on our way to the Emergency Room - when it rains it pours! I was greatly relieved to have my call to Shadrach returned within 30 minutes, along with recommendations on a stopgap measure, and a visit scheduled for 8am the next morning. As a first time customer, I was very impressed with their responsiveness. The next morning, their technician Seth called enroute and arrived promptly at the committed appointment time. He examined the situation and explained the options to replace our failed heater, reviewed the costs, and completed the installation in a timely and professional manner. He was kind and considerate during a very stressful time. It was a pleasure to do business with Seth & Shadrach and I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing need.

I had a leaking faucet. Called and got an appointment right away. Technician came out within 24 hours, repaired faucets. Plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. Would use again and would recommend to friends and family. Included before and after photos.

Very knowledgeable and personal. Went the extra mile to do several things that he didn’t have to do. Reliable and on time. Great experience. He changed cartridges in all our bathrooms, bled air out of the tankless water heater and flushed it.

2 great guys came to fix a leaking disposal. Josh and Brandon were both excellent. They explained everything asked, were quick, trustworthy, profession, and just fun to talk to.

The folks at Shadrach are VERY dependable and honest! We thought we needed to have two new programmable thermostats installed. Danny pointed out one of our older thermostats was already programmable and didn’t need to be replaced. He also advised us to buy the same model for the other thermostat, which saved us a considerable amount of money. He came back a few days later and installed the new thermostat. The total for two visits (and great advice) was less than $90. Just GREAT customer service all the way around. THANK YOU Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling.

Very professionalcontactor, explained everythng. We had our heat pump checked, had a relay switch that needed to be replaced. Also a contactor. Great service. Great technicians, friendly, respectful, professional.
We also have them inspect plumbing. Checked all facets, water softner, and water heater( along with draining it).

Daniel flushed out our Rinnai water heaters, replaced an exterior hose bib and inspected our whole house water conditioner. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Shadrach and Daniel, and all there service techs are really good.

Daniel Jones provided excellent service across the board and we would recommend him to anyone. Our problems started with failure of the water softener and consequent infusion of pipe-clogging polymer beads throughout our house. Daniel worked from 9AM to 6:30 PM to replace the softener system, replace the water heater (which was 13 yrs old anyway), and clear all the faucets, showers, dishwasher and washing machine of beads, all the while explaining what was happening and showing us lumps of beads that emerged. On top of everything else, Daniel is a really nice person who takes great pride in his work.

Our tech Anthony is simply amazing. Knowledge, courtesy & timeliness. Checks all the boxes. Finished work is top notch. Shadrach is hands down the best local plumbing service in the east valley. No contest!

Gage came out & was very professional & efficient. We are so appreciative. I think we finally found a competent hvac & plumbing company that actually knows what they’re doing & doesn’t charge an exorbitant amount of money. They seem very fair on their pricing. We signed up for their monthly maintenance package which will be effective in keeping our home up to safety standards. Definitely recommend!! A+ Company! 😊

Daniel and his assistant Sebastian came to my home. They did a thorough analysis and evaluation of my pipe leak situation. They were able to troubleshoot and discover the issue. They solved the source of the issue and remedied it promptly. Both were polite gentlemen.
