He didn’t rush the process or try to upsell anything. Instead, he focused on diagnosing the issue properly and explaining everything in a way that made sense.
Sure enough, it turned out to be exactly what I was hoping—a relatively simple fix rather than something major like a compressor. Alex handled the repair efficiently and made sure everything was running correctly before leaving.
