I did a complete kitchen remodel, and could not be happier with the results. Jeff G. helped with the disign and addressed every detail up front so their were no surprises. We had a tight budget we needed to stay within, but we wanted a lot. New cabinets, countertops, lighting, backsplash, etc. I've done remodels before, and I have always been dissappointed in the attention to detail. Not this time. A cabinet came in slightly blemished and rather than trying to cover it up, a new cabinet was ordered. Same with my sink - he noticed a slight dent, pointed it out to me, and promptly ordered a new sink. I liked the fact that I didn't need to supervise. Jeff was thorough and more concerned about quality than just getting done quickly. I will never use anyone else for a build or remodel!

The entire project exceeded my expectations regarding the selections and communications. Plus, the pricing was extremely fair. I would highly recommend Alair to anyone and EVERYONE that I know doing a similar project.

We had our guest bath and master bath completely remodeled: Tile floors, tile walls, full standing shower gut and tile replacement, convert tub to standing shower.

Alair Homes, Jeff Gorszczyk, did an absolutely wonderful job on two remodel projects in my home. I had two bathrooms and my kitchen gutted and completely remodeled. Alair Homes is a top-quality company. They were always available for questions, and we met with them several times in their office. Even during all the work, we met with them at the jobsite. Jeff was always helpful with answers to our questions and George was a blessing to work with, both for questions and general advice. Whenever we had an issue George or Jeff were quick to come to the jobsite and fix whatever we needed. All of the contractors that Alair hired to work on our home were always very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They were on time and did great work.
